Wisdom Corner-Sri Bhagavan- Be Who You Are

Be Who You Are:
Once a king was approached by his friend and asked, "Sir! If you conquer Rome, what will you do next?"
The king replied, "Sicily is next door and will be easy to take?"
"And what shall we do after Sicily is taken?"
"Then we will move over to Africa and conquer it."
"After Africa!" Sir
"The turn of Greece will come."
"And what will the fruit of all these conquests be?"
"Then", said the king, "We can sit down and enjoy ourselves."
"Can't we enjoy ourselves now?" said the friend.

This story is self-explanatory. The joy and peace one expects to find after the accumulation of wealth or what one considers an ideal future can be attained here and now. Possession of wealth can help us to enjoy a comfortable life. However, possession of material wealth alone is not a criterion for relaxation and enjoyment of life. By applying a little thought when one explores the inner world and the complex human emotions one finds that most of human suffering is because a human 'being' is only constantly 'becoming.'

Sri Bhagavan says, "Suffering is the movement from the 'what is' to the 'what should be'."
This constant 'becoming' surfaces when one tries to move from jealousy to non-jealousy, from bad to good, from foolish to intelligent, from imperfect to perfect, from profane to sacred. It is the struggle that has gone on in the human mind for thousands of years.

Sri Bhagavan says, "Embracing yourself as you are is the first step and the last step. You must be who you are. What you should be is not important. Whoever you are, you are unique. The universe has made you like that. God has made you like that. Why do you disturb His work? To surrender to God is to be yourself."

To be yourself is to be enlightened.
'Mukthi Deeksha' is Sri Bhagavan's gift of enlightenment to humanity.

Deeksha and the Hormones of Joy - by Christian Opitz

Until now, I mostly emphasized the effect of diksha on various brain centers in my writings. An equally important aspect of the process of awakening the brain is the change in hormone and neurotransmitter production. I would like to give an overview of some of the significant changes in regards to hormones and neurotransmitters that I have found in people who have been receiving diksha for a while. First, let's take a look at some of the important neurochemicals and their effect on our experience of life:
Dopamine:
Produced in the substantia nigra in the mid-brain, this important neurotransmitter is almost always out of balance in modern people. We need sufficient dopamine to feel alive, vibrant, to be able to concentrate and have good discernment. Lack of dopamine leads to boredom, depression, brain fog, one merely exists but is not truly alive. This in turn leads to cravings for dopamine stimulation, mostly through destructive means. Intense but short-lived dopamine stimulants are, for example, cocaine, amphetamines, junk food, aggressive behaviors and conflicts with other people. Those suffering from ADD are restless and often have hyper aggressive tendencies because they are desperately trying to stimulate some dopamine production.
Too much dopamine at once leads to a dulling of the dopamine receptors and that in turn has undesirable consequences. Delusions, including hallucinations that are mistaken for genuine mystical experiences,
often go together with prolonged overproduction of dopamine. People addicted to computer games have similar dopamine imbalances, which shows an interesting correlation between the addictions to virtual realities, whether on a computer screen or on the screen of one's own mind. In some people, excessive dopamine can lead to stuttering. People who stutter usually have twice as much dopamine in their system than average people.
It is easy to see that for a balanced spiritual awakening, we want a consistent level of dopamine without the detrimental effects of extreme highs and lows. A consistent dopamine production goes hand in hand with awakened frontal lobes, which Bhagavan associates with God-Realization. Given the fact that dopamine is essential to feel truly alive, it makes sense that we need it to also feel the Source of all life.
Oxytocin:
Oxytocin is the hormone of love, open-heartedness and gratitude. Happily married people produce more oxytocin, but relationship stress severely decreases it. Oxytocin is the neurochemical foundation for compassion, for truly caring for others. When we care for others, we ourselves are rewarded many times over, because oxytocin regenerates the body and induces a very deep sense of well-being. Love is great health insurance because of oxytocin. Indifference and cruelty are accompanied by very low levels of this hormone. I assume that these biochemical facts are one of the reasons behind Bhagavan's emphasis on setting right relationships.
The production of oxytocin is severely hindered in most people today and this often starts at birth. In the late 1940s, medicine began to use drugs at birth as if it were some kind of disease. Among those drugs, petocin (synthetic oxytocin) is used to induce contractions and thus birth, on the hospital's schedule instead of following the natural interaction between baby and mother. Whenever we receive a huge dose of a synthetic version of a hormone, our receptors are overwhelmed and the body's own production can be compromised. If this happens at birth, there can be permanent damage and a life-long pattern of producing too little oxytocin.
It does not help much that the most important bonding phase between mother and child right after birth has become a medical procedure of taking blood, measuring the baby, cutting the umbilical cord too early and not allowing the baby a direct bonding with the mother and thus a gentle entrance into this world. The combination of petocin and the lack of empathy for the newborn baby in medicalized birth procedures is almost certain to severely compromise oxytocin production.
It is interesting to note that heavy drug use at birth, from petocin to pain killers to even some psychedelic substances that are no longer used, was introduced after WWII. When the first generation of babies who came into this world on drugs had arrived at young adulthood in the 1960s, they where the first generation to seek a deeper meaning of life through drugs. I believe the lack of natural oxytocin caused by drug use at the entrance into life can set up a strong recapitulation pattern of seeking life through drugs.
Cortisol:
The opposite of oxytocin, in terms of effects on our life experience, is cortisol, the stress and death hormone. We need cortisol in life-threatening situations, but, as Dr. Hans Selye discovered, we tend to overproduce it much of the time when there is no threat to survival in sight. On cortisol, all of life takes on the quality of struggle, including relationships and even the spiritual search. Cortisol activates the parietal lobes, which are supposed to give us a sense of our physical boundaries. When overactive, this sense of physical separateness is extended to our general experience of ourselves and we then feel existentially separate.
This is at least part of the reason why Bhagavan emphasizes the deactivation of the parietal lobes. Cortisol makes us walk around with chronically over activated parietal lobes. In that state, we are not able to feel our feelings fully, to embrace ourselves as we are. Being in the here and now, being in the flow, requires abundant oxytocin, sufficient dopamine and low levels of cortisol.
The Effects of Diksha:
Although it is very difficult to measure hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain directly, electromagnetic signature testing allows for some conclusions about the effects of diksha in this regard. One of the main effects I have found with people who have been receiving diksha for a year or longer is a regeneration of receptors for both dopamine and oxytocin. This automatically leads to greater efficiency of these neurochemicals and a decrease in cortisol production. Diksha can also regenerate the substantia nigra, where dopamine is produced, and this directly shows up in changed electromagnetic brain patterns.
Many times I have observed a natural release of addictive patterns through diksha that were clearly related to low dopamine levels. Another interesting parameter is the electromagnetic communication between the brain and the heart. This seems to progressively get stronger in people through diksha and is one of the most important energetic correlation' s of the flowering of the heart and true compassion. In some of the Dasas and in Ron Roth, this connection was off the charts when I measured them. Oxytocin is the biochemical bridge between the brain and heart.
From the data I have gathered so far, diksha seems to be effective in strongly enhancing oxytocin in the vast majority of people. I also believe that this is one of the aspects of birth trauma that can be healed through diksha and that this effect makes diksha so worthwhile for children. Even though children are not supposed to enter into an enlightenment process, growing up with lots of oxytocin will give them a much more beautiful life experience.
Finally, the neurochemical effects of diksha are one reason why other methods people utilize for inner transformation can become so much more effective when people receive diksha. If someone does not need meditation anymore to lower cortisol, meditation can go to much deeper levels right away. If emotional or physical healing work is done on a person who already has high levels of oxytocin, the receptivity to receive healing is enhanced.

The synergy of diksha with specific methods of inner transformation is a fascinating subject for more exploration and the role of neurochemicals is essential for the effects such synergies produce.

Oneness : A 2-Step Journey – by Sri Anandagiriji

Enlightenment – Oneness is a 2-step journey, and each step consists of many steps, each leading to the other. In this 2-step journey, when you have reached the first step, you may say that you are in a Oneness State. But a more complete Oneness State would be to arrive at the second and then of course you can go beyond Enlightenment. While the majority of the human race may reach the first step, which itself is very satisfactory, it is very essential that the people who have undergone the 21 day process reach the second step in order to be a part of the 64,000 who would play a key role in the Enlightenment of mankind.

What is the first step? – When the speed of sensory co-ordination is reduced, the natural born “self” which also may be called ‘the natural self or the biological self’, ceases. The natural self that emerges because of the above said reason creates the sense of separateness or the ‘body-identity’ (me & my body), When you feel that you don’t exist (I am not there), or that your body is not your body, we may say that your ‘biological self’ has ended. This is Oneness - step 1.

Step 2 – the higher Enlightenment is when not only has the ‘biological self’ ceased, with it the ’psychological self’ must end. Only then, have you become the ‘Auspicious One’ what is the ‘psychological self? – The mind with its contents, comparisons, hurt, hate, becoming, mental blocks, traumas, manias and phobias, earthly passions, obsessions, etc., is the ‘psychological self’.

When you have become dis-passionate (appeasement of obsessions), when your experience is free of mental influences, then we may say you are truly in a Oneness State. The end of craving is the end of the ‘psychological self’. The Oneness Blessing that was been given to you in the 21 day process would eventually lead you to the higher state of Oneness.

The path to the higher state of Oneness (step 2) is not a very pleasant experience. You will be gripped by causeless fear (fear without any apparent reasons), causeless depression, loneliness and meaninglessness, even an urge to die. If you can muster enough courage and trust The Divine Presence, and stay with this feeling, which might last a few days – a few weeks, you will become the ‘Auspicious One’ (God Realized). In order to arrive here, you cannot avoid this phase. This phase we call ‘The Dark Night Of The Soul’.

Sri Bhagavan's Message on Acceptance

All that you can do is, you can see what is there, first of all, you do not know what is there. Because all the years you have been running away from it, see everywhere you find only the self. So you come to know, now there is an indirect way of knowing, but then to actually look at it is painful. To look at your envious thoughts, your jealous thoughts, your fearful thoughts, your anxious thoughts, is not such a good experience. That all the time you are running away from it. That is the only problem which man has got. So, because we are telling you, look, turn around, confront it, look at it, then may be you will say let me try. Initially it could be difficult, but then you will soon realize it is very tempting. It is very nice to see, as you see your darker side, your negative side, strangely you will stop condemning, you will know that is true, along with that comes joy also and with that joy you will soon find that there is absence of conflict. Not that your negative side has gone, not that you cease to be jealous, cease to be angry, cease to be fearful, no no no no not those things. You are for the first time in your life able to say, yes I am this I am not ashamed of it that is the only truth, I am being truthful. That is when you have taken the first step in spirituality that is also the last step, there after everything is automatic. No guru is required, no teaching is required, it is all automatic. You think there is some thing you can do to get there. There is nothing you can do to get there. If you are a jealous person, you are not going to become non jealous. If you are fearful person, you are not going to become courageous like the lion. If you are a depressed person, you are not going to go into euphoria. You cannot change, try as you might, you cannot change. So what is the teaching here. The teaching says you cannot change, and there is no need to change, because you have been designed like that, you are that, that is all that is the only teaching. Therefore you accept, Aa Ah! I cannot change, what is there to do, nothing to do. There is nothing wrong like that, I have been designed like that, you did not design yourself, God designed you like that, he has some purpose in designing you. So there is complete acceptance, when you accept what is there, that is meditation, that is sadhana, that is all, so it is very simple, please do it, I will help you.

How to Heal Relationship Problems:Krishnaraj Dasaji

How 2 Heal Relationship Problems:Krishnaraj Dasaji
When having relationship problems, you need to actually start opening up to yourself, because there is a very major part of ourselves that we're not aware of. What we have failed to see about ourselves is a major portion of our lives, and that has to be unveiled and has to experienced.Amma Bhagavan's grace will help you unveil it and help you experience it.

People also must know that they're not being subjected to a punishment or some kind of mental torture. It is more like a healing process to help them. This knowledge can help you to actually experience the whole process without resisting or fighting it.

Every time you go through a relationship problem, you actually get to see more of yourself. It's not that you're getting to see something about the other person, you're only getting to see that side of you that is hurt, that which wants love, which wants attention, which cannot forgive, which’s not accepted, which feels rejected.

It is these things that you are getting to see about yourself when going through a relationship problem. It is something that you have to process through, otherwise how long can this be kept swept under the carpet--how long can this be suppressed? You have to let Divine Grace put you through this. Please know full well that you are not being judged or condemned by the Divine when you're being put through such a process. You are only being helped. This is a healing process to help you grow in relationship with the Divine, and grow in love and joy. As you start accepting all this within yourself, you are truly finally accepting the other person also. All of us tend to think that talking with the other person, or reasoning with them, or applying some principle is going to help us. That is not the truth. You can only know and accept the resistance you have to that relationship.

When you say you have a relationship problem, please understand that you are not having a problem with the relationship or the other person; you are only having a problem within yourself. You are only having a problem accepting all this reality about yourself--that you may be a person who craves attention, who has still not forgiven, who feels guilty about your past, or who is unable to stop hating someone, etc.

The other person is immaterial, and who he or she is isn't what is making you uncomfortable. How you experience him or her within you is the cause of your relationship problem. And that is what has to be experienced. So in every crisis you are only getting to see more of yourself. It has nothing to do with the other person. As you start facing the truth of your own resistance; it starts the melting of it under the heat of your awareness.

Important Oneness Milestones

A few important milestones in the journey of the movement..
Mar 7 1949 - Sri Bhagavan's birth
Sri Bhagavan was the eldest son of Smt. Vaidharbhiamma and Sri. Varadharajuluji. He was born in the home of his maternal grandparents, as is customary in India, in a village called Nattham, North Arcot District of Tamil Nadu.
Sri Bhagavan's birth was celebrated by the entire village as He was born after many prayers and penances by his mother. His grandparents were also the moral heads of the village.
Devotees today celebrate this day as the day of Oneness. With prayers for enlightenment of mankind they give Deekshas to each other. They also conduct fire rituals and special prayers for world peace. Every year this day Sri Amma and Bhagavan have increased Their power and grace in monumental proportions.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aug 15 1954 - Sri Amma's birth
Amma was born in a beautiful village called Sangam of Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Rivers on all the four sides, hills and shrub forests surround the village. Amma was the eighth child of Smt. Penchalamma and Sri. Venkaiyagaru.
She was considered an incarnation of the mother Goddess by some of the saints and elders of the village in her childhood.
Amma's birthday also happens to be the Indian Independence Day. The movement celebrates it as the day of love, which our beloved Amma embodies. God or the Divine being both male and female, the devotees on Amma's birthday worship the divine as the mother. Amma, the compassionate mother, is quick to bless, hence the seekers pray and seek for blessings from Amma on this special day.
Sri Amma Bhagavan have always maintained that progress whether in the material or in the spiritual sphere is possible only if one's relationship with one's mother is set right. Devotees on the 15th of August offer their gratitude and love to their mothers and receive their blessings. Parents and children, friends, brothers and sisters, all join their hands and meditate and pray together for love to blossom in their hearts. Every family feels like heaven with the presence of Amma permeating it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
June 9 1976 - Sri Amma and Bhagavan entered into wedlock
They were married in the South Indian metropolis of Chennai.
Many who participated in the wedding experienced the Divine Presence permeating the ceremonies. Friends and relatives reported several mystical experiences. Years later, June 9th has become the day of relationships celebrated by millions throughout India and the world. According to Sri Amma Bhagavan, discovering love in relationships is the easiest way to attain self-realization. Hence the extraordinary importance the movement lays on family and relationships. On June 9th, couples pray and give Deekshas to other couples and to each other to discover love and to awaken to their true purpose of togetherness.
In India this day, thousands of people celebrate the marriage of Sri Amma Bhagavan as the coming together of the divine feminine and the divine masculine in the universe and in themselves. They report a healing of their personality and a balance between the head and the heart and between thought and feeling. Sri Amma Bhagavan bless people this day with right life partners and also bless the childless with children.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1984 - Jeevashram, the spiritual school and later the cradle of the divine phenomenon was founded
It was a foundation for world awakening. A school that was meant to awaken the complete individual in every student. It was a very unique place where learning happened in freedom. It was from here that the first disciples of Sri Amma and Bhagavan emerged.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 19 1989 - The descent of the Golden Ball
The descent of the Golden Ball heralded the arrival of a new age, an age where man and God would walk and talk with each other. The Golden Ball descended into a student of the Jeevashram school, giving him the experience of enlightenment.
When asked to name itself, the Golden Ball chanted the same mantra which Sri Bhagavan had chanted for over 18 years beginning with His early childhood. Thus the phenomenon began.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
August 1989 - the birth of the phenomenon of Deeksha
Deeksha happened when young Sri Krishnaji (son of Sri Amma Bhagavan) touched his fellow students or their parents. They would experience either a massive kundalini awakening or god realization. They would also experience silence, bliss and several other mystical experiences. Thus transfer of any state or insight from one to another became the corner stone of the movement.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
April 19, 1990 - The first retreat
The first retreat ever in the movement was conducted in Jeevashram, which was later christened Sathyaloka or "God's earth". 40 odd participants, most of whom were parents of the students and people who did not have anything remotely spiritual about them, attended the retreat. They experienced various Buddhist, Christian, Hindu and Islamic states of consciousness. These experiences left them deeply transformed as parents, as spouses and as human beings. These became the first messengers of the phenomenon to the world.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1991 - Avahanam for the Srimurthy was done
The photograph of Sri Bhagavan was inducted with the consciousness of Sri Amma Bhagavan. Ever since the images of Sri Amma Bhagavan have become the epicenters of countless miracles. Their living presence is felt and experienced by millions in Their photographs.
Here are some stories.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1992 - The first recorded miracle of holy water pouring forth from the picture of Sri Bhagavan
The first recorded miracle of holy water pouring down the picture happened at Choudavaram, a small town in coastal Andhra Pradesh. The family consisted of a government official and his wife, their 9 year old daughter and 14 year old mongoloid son. That evening the family was gathered in front of the altar in tremendous gratitude since their mongoloid son was slowly becoming functional. He had started wearing his own clothes, tying his shoe lace, going to school and his violence too was gone. As they sang and danced together, fragrant water poured down the picture of Sri Bhagavan.
Umpteen instances of holy water, honey, milk, turmeric and sacred ash have been sighted since. These sacred substances have not decayed over time, and have also exhibited many curative properties.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1990 - 1994 - Centers sprang up in various parts of India
Due to the growing number of seekers, introductory courses were conducted in different cities and towns of India. Large numbers of people awakened to the Divine Presence in their hearts. God no more remained alien but became personal. They discovered love in relationships. The nation welcomed Sri Amma Bhagavan into their hearts and homes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1993 - The first introductory retreat conducted in Stjarnsund, Dalarna, Sweden
In the December of 1993, the first retreat to awaken the higher self was conducted in Sweden. This was the beginning of the movement in Europe. From there the movement made its way into nations that were once part of the Soviet Union.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
April 1994 - Sri Bhagavan and Amma entered Antarmukha Avastha
At this stage Sri Amma and Bhagavan, having trained and equipped Their disciples with the requisite knowledge and power to carry and spread the work, withdrew from the public. Over the next three years Amma and Bhagavan were completely indrawn into Their consciousness, occasionally guiding Their disciples. The movement continued to spread rapidly since They communicated with Their devotees by manifesting externally and internally. The gap between the physical and the non-physical vanished for many of Their followers. Sri Amma and Bhagavan appeared in many a home. Thus even when They withdrew Their physical presence, Their spiritual presence continued to guide the devotees.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aug 1994 - Mukthi Mandap established at Nemam, the native village of Sri Bhagavan
Dedicated volunteers built Mukthi Mandap translated as 'The hall of enlightenment', with their own hands. Here, masses gathered seeking grace not only for solutions to their external problems but also for enlightenment or the cessation of suffering. Sri Bhagavan's parents made their loving contribution of land and property to the movement in their native village to aid the work.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sept 4 1995 - The order of female and male monks was inaugurated
The movement grew and with it the need for dedicated teachers and volunteers. So they emerged; a small group of 10 youngsters heeding the divine call came forth to serve humanity.
The order is now nearly 200 strong. These are men and women who have chosen to remain unmarried and serve Man and God alike for the rest of their lives. They live as a happy community. It is a community that administers itself.
Entering into the order is a rather tough affair since it requires two years of probation and thorough preparation. Above all, they ought to be in very high levels of consciousness.
The minimum age to qualify is above 22 years. The consent and the blessings of the parents and the grand parents is a compulsory requirement to join the order. The essence of the movement being freedom, they are of course free to give up this life at any stage.
Most of the disciples have been blessed by Sri Amma and Bhagavan with enlightenment and god realization too. These disciples serve as teachers, guides and helpers at the Oneness University and the Oneness Temple.
Some of them travel to the nearby villages carrying with them the power of Deeksha and love with which a spiritual revolution is in the making in the surrounding 150 odd villages. They are welcomed into every home and hamlet with warmth and affection. They have worked to wipe away alcoholism, wife beating, illiteracy and poor health conditions from many families in the area. Religious factionalism is a thing of the past in these villages. Caste and class are not a barrier in relating to their fellow human beings. You find enlightened beings in these villages among shepherds, buffalo-herds, cowherds, daily laborers, women, men and children.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sept 24 1995 - Parabramha Yagna
The first congregation of over 100,000 devotees gathered at Congress Grounds in the city of Chennai. They were made conscious of the global changes that pointed towards the arrival of the Golden Age, the age of Oneness.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jan 1996 - Paduka Pattabishekam, Hyderabad
The Sacred Padukas (silver sandals symbolizing the feet of the Divine) of Sri Amma Bhagavan, which were charged and blessed with Their Presence, were carried to the city of Hyderabad. It was followed by a 3-day retreat that saw an explosion of devotion in the 3000 odd participants. Miracles in terms of healing took a different turn in this retreat. The lame walked and the dumb spoke.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
May 16 1996 - Maha Parinaama Yagna, Vijayanagaram
The first 3-day residential retreat that was aimed at transformation and the awakening of love was held in this coastal district of Andhra Pradesh. The participants who thronged to attend the retreat flooded the town. Over 14,000 people participated in this 3-day retreat and many others visited it hearing the amazing miracles that were taking place. With this the movement had virtually entered into every town and city of this state consisting of a 70 million population.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
June 1996 - the movement launched in Latin America
Series of introductory retreats and public talks were conducted in different cities of Chile and Argentina starting in the city of Occident, Argentina. Awakening to the higher self or the Divine Presence attracted many a seeker to become part of the movement. Dedicated volunteers emerged in different countries of Latin America. From here the movement made its way to North and Central American countries.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
May 12 1997 - Sri Bhagavan's darshan at Sathyalok
After a gap of three years, Sri Bhagavan gave His first darshan to scores of His devotees who eagerly awaited to see Him in person. It was as though a dam had burst. Many looked on at Sri Bhagavan with tears coursing down their eyes, thousands of others experienced Satchidananda or pure bliss as they gazed at the still form of Sri Bhagavan. Physical distance between the stage and the devotees seemed to have melted. Sri Bhagavan was reaching out to each of them suffusing their consciousness with love and bliss.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mar 10-Apr 23 2000 - Homa Yatra & Sarvaishvarya Kausalya Yaagam
As a sign of vedic renaissance, the sacred fire rituals were conducted in different cities and towns throughout the state of Tamil Nadu. This program culminated in a mammoth fire ritual in Chennai where thousands participated.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nov 14 2000 - The first darshan Sri Amma and Bhagavan gave together
It was a dream come true to see Amma and Bhagavan together; above all to see their beloved Amma right in front of them for the first time. They had always had Amma's protective and loving Presence with them through their waking and sleeping hours. Seeing Amma with Bhagavan in person was being in heaven. Everyone one who returned from The Divine Presence had a miracle to share. Sri Amma and Bhagavan had spoken to each of the hundreds of volunteers that had gathered at Nemam.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feb 14 2002 - Prem Sandhya at Bangalore
The Women's Movement for the Golden Age was launched by Smt. Preetha Krishnaji, the daughter-in-law of Sri Amma Bhagavan at Bangalore. The evening was called "Prem Sandhya", an evening of love. In her message Preethaji said "The Womens movement for the Golden Age is not a social or a political movement but a movement in consciousness." She awakened the audience saying - "A spiritual vacuum in a woman's life has always led to her down fall in every other sphere of life. Spiritual development is the key to every other form of development. Women have great spiritual strength and could be great spiritual leaders. The world is devoid of love and woman with her faculty of love and compassion has the capacity to inaugurate the Golden Age".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mar 7 2002 - Anandha Sandhya at Hyderabad
Sri Krishnaji, the son of Sri Amma Bhagavan, delivered a message from Sri Amma and Bhagavan on the emergence of a new civilization and the dawn of the Golden Age. That evening he said, "Along with this new civilization will come along a new frame of consciousness. This new frame of consciousness would mean an increased ability to see things from a higher perspective. Our consciousness would continue to expand and there will be no returning to this tribal or national life. Our energies would get directed towards spiritual enlightenment and wholeness. Our world would be transformed from one dominated by materialism to one of balance and spirituality. The current ruling world order would be transformed to that of equality among all human beings." More than a 100,000 people waited for Sri Krishnaji's arrival and sat through the evening listening to the message inspite of torrential rains.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mar 10 2002 - Inauguration of the Oneness University
'To set man totally and unconditionally free', is the vision with which the Oneness University is founded. The university is located on the foothills of the Eastern Ghats. These hills and mountains are highly acclaimed for their vibrant spiritual energies. A few powerful gridlines of the earth were found to intersect here which sets an immense spiritual field conducive for the healing of the body, mind and spirit. Every leaf, every blade of grass here bears the imprint of the divine. The University conducts a variety of courses ranging from discovering love in relationships to enlightenment and god realization.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nov 4 2002 - Sri Bhagavan speaks to the people of India on the television for the first time
It was the day of celebration of lights - Deepavali, in India. Millions sat glued to their television sets to listen and see Sri Bhagavan speak. Given below is an excerpt from the message: There are two beings inside you - one is the authentic being and the other is inauthentic being. These two are always having a dialogue. This dialogue is going on in some form or the other. Now witnessing this drama, this dialogue is what we call as Sadhana (Spiritual Practice). But the Sadhana is so enjoyable, it gives you so much Ananda and joy that we don't want to call it Sadhana, therefore we say NO SADHANA. It becomes no Sadhana Sadhana. Sadhana means where you put in some effort and struggle. This is a strange kind of Sadhana where there is no strain and effort. Once you get a hang of it, thereafter you keep on doing it very naturally all time and enjoying whatever is happening irrespective of the dialogue and the content. Today, more than 10 million people see and listen to Sri Bhagavan on various issues of life, every week.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mar 10 2003 - Mukthi Sankalpa taken by devotees all over the globe
On this day at an auspicious time that comes once in a few hundred years, devotees throughout the world took an intent to become enlightened and work for the enlightenment of mankind. At Nemam in the presence of Sri Amma and Bhagavan, tremendous silence descended on the 5000 odd seekers who sat in front of Them. Many felt they were connected to thousands throughout the world in consciousness.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aug 2003 - The Oneness Experience Festival
A congregation of spiritual masters and seekers across the globe took place at the Oneness University campus. Each of them presented their work and vision for the betterment of humanity to the seekers assembled.

Aug 17th 2003 - enlightenment given to the masses
Sri Amma and Bhagavan in Their darshan blessed hundreds of seekers with the state of enlightenment. Deeksha happened to people who filed past Them. The phenomenon had taken a new turn. It was now possible for all to make it, irrespective of their preparation to receive it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jan 2004 - 21 day Oneness process
The 21 day Oneness Process aimed at enlightenment was inaugurated at the Oneness University since it was now possible for everyone to make it into that state. Many of the 200 odd disciples were now enlightened and were blessed by Sri Amma and Bhagavan with the power to give enlightenment and transfer it to others through Deeskha.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jan 2004 - Amma's Darshans at Nemam
Amma's darshans at Nemam came as the greatest blessings to the devotees new and old, thirsting for divine grace. Five days a week the next three years, thousands of devotees gathered at Nemam to have a glimpse of the Divine Mother. Amma heard each of their prayers and answered them. Endless are the accounts of benediction that seekers have received in these darshans.

Sri Amma's Birthday Message - - - > 15th August 2007

August 15 every year is a day of great significance to Indians all over.
In the last few years, this day has acquired a much greater significance
for devotees of Sri Amma Bhagavan the world over. It is the janmadina of
Sri Amma celebrated as the "Day of Love"

"Transforming the world is not just the responsibility of a few sages
and seers. To create a better world is the responsibility of every one
of you. In this struggle for survival; innocence, love and values are
being lost. It is you who has to uphold these values. Do not consider
yourself to be ordinary beings. Each one of you has the infinite powers
of the divine within you. You have the powers to see god in the heart of
every human being and once you begin to see the divine in every man, you
will able to love every living being, every individual. Through you gods
power would flow into the world. Do not get habituated to lovelessness,
through your words, through your loving actions and through your
service. You could awaken every human being from his stooper of
sufferings, self created misery and ignorance. It is because of you the
whole world could be awakened, your taking up this responsibility is the
beginning of the Golden Age this is my message to you today" ... Sri
Amma

With prayers for a Grace filled celebration of Sri Amma's Janmadina for
each of you.

Oneness Guides.

All you need is a "Break Through"

A devotee called Ganapathiji from Mysore has an industry, which
extracts scented oils from waste materials. For a long time he was
struggling with a particular problem. He was able to produce alot of
sandal wood pulp, which still contained traces of oil in it.No matter
what chemical combination he used, he could not arrive at the exact
formula required for extracting the oil.Desparate after several
efforts, he prayed to Sri Amma Bhagavan and gave up.That night Sri
Bhagavan appeared to his wife in her dream and gave her the chemical
formula.

She who had no knowledge of the subject at all nor knew the gravity of
his situation woke up next morning and explained her experience to
him.He applied that formula and was succesfully able to extract the
trace oil from the sandal wood pulp.Today he not only made good
profits but also got an award from the Government of Karnataka for his
discovery.

This is not a superstition, illusion or delusion or any mania. This is
truth and fact. This is not even a happening of chance. This is the
matter of only a break through in thought.
A break through in thought happens when certain centres in the brain
get activated. It is then you see the situation in a different
perspective. For example Newton, when he saw the apple falling from a
tree arrived at the Law of Gravitation. It was a break through in human
thought.

Sri Bhagavan explains this phenomenon that this could happen when
certain centers in the brain are activated.Only then we can have
break-throughs in the corresponding fields, be it the Mathematics,
Physics, Psychology, Business or Engineering. This activation can only
be a gift from the lord.

So, please approach the Lord and have a break through in your
field. All you need is a "Break Through".

Ever at the Lotus Feet of Amma Bhagavan,

What is Deeksha?

About Deeksha,

What is Deeksha?
Deeksha in Sanskrit means benediction. It is the transfer of Divine
Energy which, over time is designed to bring about the state of
Enlightenment or Oneness in the recipient. This energy has been
brought to the world through Divine Grace and is being bestowed upon
humanity by the twin avatars of enlightenment Sri Bhagavan and Sri
Amma, who reside in the Golden City, India.

What happens during Deeksha?
Deeksha initiates a neurobiological change in the brain that when
complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the
mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind's interpretations, a
natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous
feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in
everything.

How is Deeksha transferred? What might I experience?
Deeksha is transferred by the deeksha giver normally placing his or
her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute.
Experiences during the deeksha vary, sometimes strong, sometimes
subtle, sometimes delayed until even days later. The recipient may
experience a tingling sensation in the head, or blissful energy
flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the
experience, the recipient can trust that the process of enlightenment
has begun, a process designed by Divine Grace for your own nature that
will lead gradually (or sometimes spontaneously) into your own
Awakening.

Who can receive Deeksha?
Most people over 18 can receive Deeksha. The exceptions are: Pregnant
women after 16 weeks and people suffering from serious psychological
illness (in which case healing Deeksha may be given instead).

Who can offer Deeksha to others?
The deeksha can be transferred by anyone who has received the
transmission and training during a special process in India. The
deeksha giver then works, as an empty vessel, for the energy to
transfer to the receiver.

Does Deeksha belong to any particular religion or belief?
Deeksha does not belong to any religion, nor any particular belief nor
spiritual path. Deeksha is given each day to people all over the
world, people of all races, all religions, all spiritual beliefs or no
spiritual beliefs, and to people of all nationalities. It is not
necessary to change one's religion, nor adopt a new guru or spiritual
master to receive Deeksha - nor to offer Deeksha to others.

Why has Deeksha come at this time?
Our planet, and all of humanity, is currently undergoing a major
evolutionary transformation. This is impacting our environment, our
social structures, and our individual and collective consciousness.
The twin avatars Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma have been Divinely sent to
help us with this transformation, offering enlightenment to the masses
for the first time in thousands of years. In a very short time we will
witness all of humanity shift into what is being called The Golden Age
of Enlightenment.

Can all of humanity really make this shift?
Yes. According to Sri Bhagavan it is necessary for only 0.001% of the
world's population to become enlightened. 64,000 people. Once this
happens the collective consciousness will be so greatly affected so as
to cause people the world over to also become enlightened.

The Shift Is Happening - The Real Cause of Global Warming

The Shift Is Happening - The Real Cause of Global Warming
Gregg Braden is probably the most recognized person who is evaluating and
revealing the scientific phenomena pointing to this shift. He became
intrigued with all this when he was working for Phillips Petroleum in the
late 1970s and noticed that the magnetics of the earth were at their lowest
point in 2000 years and decreasing at a rapid rate.

Eventually, Braden wrote a book - Awakening to Zero Point - that documented
this and other indicators of our rapidly changing planet.

Wynn: Is it true that the magnetic poles of the earth are in the process of
shifting right now?

Gregg: In May-June-July of 2002, it was very well acknowledged and esteemed
scientific journals actually were saying for the first time that we are in
the process of a polar reversal.

Back in the 1960s, geologists were certain that the earth periodically went
through a reversal. They could tell from core samples, ice samples, and
fossils, as well as magnetized particles that were locked into certain
positions in the rock of the earth. Geologists were so certain about this
phenomenon that they actually mapped out the last four-and-a-half-million
years, and the resulting records suggested that the earth has gone through
fourteen of these polar reversals.

At that time, back in 1961 and 1962, scientists felt that the last pole
reversal occurred at about the time of the last Ice Age, ten to twelve
thousand years ago. And they were certain it would happen again, but not for
thousands of years, so it was nothing to worry about.

But through the 1990s, geologists continued to refine this kind of
information. They had been saying it took thousands of years for this to
happen. Then they began to say, "Well, it can happen in hundreds of years."
But now, recent evidence from some of the ice cores in Greenland and
Antarctica say that it could happen in as little as a decade.

But now, we know that the poles are actually moving. We're living it right
now. We don't know exactly what that means, because even though it's
happened fourteen times in the last four and a half million years, it's
never happened with six billion people on the earth.

Wynn: Are you saying that it's common knowledge?

Gregg: It's common knowledge to people that need to know these things. For
example, FAA regulations say that when the poles move beyond five or eight
degrees, the runways at the airports have to be renumbered to correlate with
the magnetic headings that the pilots are seeing. The first airport in the
United States to comply with this mandate was Minneapolis/St. Paul, where
they spent something on the order of eighty-five thousand dollars to go
through and renumber the runway headings. But what happened in the May-June-July time frame of 2002 is that journalssuch as Nature, Science, Scientific American, and New Scientist released reports saying that we are definitely in the process of a magnetic reversal, and the AP wires picked it up.

Scientists have no idea what the impact is going to be to electronic and
electromagnetic power grids. But even more, they don't know what it means to
human immune systems. Alternative healing modalities have shown a connection
between magnetics and the immune system, which also would imply that our
immune systems could very well be keyed into the magnetic fields of the
earth.

We know that birds and animals migrate along the lines of these magnetic
fields. So there is speculation that the changes taking place in the
magnetic field are responsible for the changing migratory patterns in birds
that have been recorded in Asia and North America.

The change in the fields also may explain why whales are beaching
themselves. The lines of navigation that the whales have always followed
have shifted and now lead them onto a beach. When we take them back out into
the water and set them free, they continue to align themselves with the same
magnetic lines, and in following them, they end up on the beach again.

So, yes, it's common knowledge now. The most respected scientific journals
say that we're in this shift. And even though we don't know precisely what
that means, it's significant that it is being acknowledged in peer-review
kinds of literature, and not just in speculative or pseudo-scientific
magazines.

Wynn: When was this magnetic shift first acknowledged?

Gregg: It would have been in the June/July time frame of 2002. People were
sending me emails that they had seen it, and giving me references. I also
found references in the magazines myself.

Wynn: Would we survive a complete pole shift?

Gregg: Any answer to that question must of necessity lie within the realm of
speculation, because in traditional recorded human history it's never
happened. On the other hand, there are Native traditions and ancient Hebrew
biblical traditions suggesting that a magnetic shift may have happened even
more recently than the last Ice Age. That was 10,000 to 12,000 years ago,
but these traditions suggest that the last shift may have happened as
recently as 3,600 years ago.

Native legends speak of a day 3,600 years ago when the sun rose from the
west as it had always done, hovered in the sky for more than a full day, and
set in the east - but the next day, it rose in the east and set in the west,
as it does today. Hebrew traditions speak of this event, also, saying that
it happened during a battle. The ancient Hebrews took it as a sign that one
side was receiving celestial assistance, because it stayed light long enough
for the battle to complete in their favor.

We can't verify this in the rock or fossil records, because 3,600 years is
too short a period of time for such an event to be reflected there. All we
have to go by are traditions, legends, and myths preserved in oral and
written documents.

What the trandition tells us, however, is that if something like this were
to happen, the people of the earth would live through it. It would have to
be a really strange day to live through, but if the ancient legends are
true, it happened and the people apparently survived. However, we don't know
how it affected their lives.

Wynn: Do you have any idea how this magnetic shift might change
consciousness?

Gregg: The speculation is that there is a correlation between consciousness
and magnetics. In order to understand how this connection might work, it is
useful to compare it to a computor's memory. The magnetic fields in the
memory are held in place through an electrical charge - a trickle charge -
within the computer itself. When the batteries in the computer die, the
charge is gone, and the memory is lost. We have to reload the operating
system.

Similarly, by researchers and descendents of indigenous peoples believe that
when the earth goes through what science sees as a magnetic reversal, it
also will be a great shift and cleansing of the earth's consciousness. There
will be nothing holding all the magnetic patterns that have been put in
place. So when we awaken from this shift, what becomes consciousness will be
our truest nature, our truest essence. And the memory of all of the evil or
all the bad things or all of the grudges or the ego and we've held against
one another as individuals and nations will not be part of that new
consciousness, that new grid.

From that perspective, many traditions predict, sense, or speculate that we
are nearing a time of what they call the Great Cleansing, and that this
cleansing is happening at a level of core memory of consciousness.

Wynn: So is it possible to assume that in some way, our memory is connected
to this magnetic field?

Gregg: I think so. I think that because of the strange accounts of the
astronauts who left earth and went into space during the Apollo Program. In
leaving the earth's atmosphere and circling the planet many miles above the
surface, the affects of earth's magnetics were negligible. And the
astronauts began to have experiences that they were not prepared or trained
for, that were totally unanticipated.

When they were in space and looked back to earth, they began having insights
and feelings, awakenings and awarenesses that they had never had when they
were on the earth. It meant something different to each one of them.

In much the same way, friends of mine who went to Viet Nam were all changed
when they came home. It changed everyone. For some, the change was so
painful that they could never speak about it, and for others, the change was
a catalyst in their lives and they spoke of it incessantly.

And I believe there was actually a PBS special that documented this same
phenomenon with the astronauts, that they were never the same afterward.
When they came back, there were some who didn't know what to do with their
outer space experience. Some turned to drugs and alcohol. Others channeled
the change that occurred within them in very positive, life-affirming
projects.

One of this latter group was Dr. Edgar Mitchell, who founded the Noetic
Sciences Organization in an effort to validate the phenomenon of human
consciousness. Another astronaut undertook the search for Noah's Ark, and
actually found it embedded in the ice on Mt. Ararat, right where the Bible
said it would be. [1]

Wynn: So the implica! tion here is that these astronauts, because they left
the magnetic field of the earth, had some kind of spiritual awakening?

Gregg: They certainly went through a catharsis when they were no longer in
the influence of the earth's magnetic field.

We also see something similar happening when we look at the magnetic fields
of the earth. They are not constant over the surface of the earth, and
contour maps, available through United States Geologic Survey, show the
varying intensities of magnetic fields over the surface of the earth - where
magnetic fields have a very high intensity and where the intensity if very
low.

Those fields have shifted over time, and may actually account for why
populations of humans have migrated to the places they've migrated to. They
might have been following these magnetic contours.

What happens is that in the places where the magnetics are very low, where
their effects are negligible, tremendous change and innovation appear to
occur. Where the magnetics are traditionally high, those are the places of
stagnation where changes, although they do happen, take a long time and
change is very slow in coming.

If I were coming here from another world and didn't know anything about the
people of the earth, and if I were looking for a place where the opportunity
of change was the greatest, I would look for the zero contour lines. And if
you look at a map of the magnetics on earth today, what you find is that
there is a zero contour line that runs along the West Coast of North America
- along the California coast and on up off the coast of Alaska. In other
words, the magnetics along the West Coast are almost nil!

When we think of the West Coast, we think about wacky California. Well, the
truth is California is a seed, one of several, and it's traditionally been
very innovative in technology, science, fashion, finance, and the arts,
because there is an opportunity for tremendous change there.

Within North American, the flip side of that would be an area of highest
magnetics, where the magnetic fields are the most dense. And you find this
down through some of the Southeastern states - the very states that are
traditionally viewed as being conservative. This doesn't mean that change
can't happen there. What is says, however, is that change takes a long time
there, and people have to see a really good reason before they are going to
budge from what they've always done.

Wynn: So where the magnetic field is less dense, people are more open to the
moment?

Gregg: They're open to change, period. It doesn't mean that the change is
good, bad, right, or wrong. It's important to be clear about this. The
consciousness of the people will determine how that change comes about.

I'll give an ironic example. There is a zero contour line that runs right
through the Middle East. It actually runs almost directly underneath the
area we call the Suez Canal, right up into Israel, right along the coast of
the Red Sea. Yes, right in that area is a zero contour line. This means that
area is ripe for change. But again, how that change comes about - whether
it's peaceful and constructive or angry and destructive - is determined by
the consciousness of the people who live there.

Wynn: So it's not good or bad either way?

Gregg: Precisely. It simply is an opportunity for change. At the same time,
the highest magnetic contour lines noted anywhere on the planet earth have
traditionally been in portions of the former Soviet Union, Russia, and
Siberia. We know that in that part of the world, there was a system that was
in place, and while change came about, it was slow and painful, a long time
coming, with a lot of suffering. But when that change happened, there was a
cascade effect, and it happened almost overnight.

So the correlations are very interesting between human consciousness, the
opportunities for innovation, change, doing things in a new way, and the
magnetics of our world.

The Earth has many areas of high and low change.

Wynn: Our readers are going to want to know how they can best face the
changes that are coming in our world as a whole.

Gregg: I'll be as concise as I can. I think that the answer to that is
perhaps encapsulated best in the words of those who have come before us, the
ancient Essenes, in a text that's more than 2,500 years old. It reminds us
of our relationship to the world around us, and says simply that the world
around us is nothing more and nothing less than a mirror of what we have
become from within.

So when we see a world that appears angry, cruel, and thoughtless, that
produces suffering for our brothers and sisters all over the world - from
this perspective, that world is a mirror of what we have become as
individuals, families, societies, and nations. It's not right, wrong, good
or bad. It's simply a reflection of who we are. The condition of the planet
is a feedback mechanism.

So if we want to see change in our world, we must become that change in our
every day lives. If we want to see peace, tolerant understanding,
compassion, and forgiveness at the global level, we must become that. At the
dinner table. With our families. We must become that with our schools.

We must demand that we be entertained through peace, compassion, and
understanding. It doesn't have to be dull and boring. It can still be very
exciting, but it does not have to be ruthless, thoughtless, cruel, or
heartless.

So in our daily lives, every moment of every day, we make a choice that
either affirms or denies life in our bodies. Because we are linked through
this grid. Our individual choices all pool into the collective answer to our
future.

If we'd like to see a collective change, we must individually become that
change.

Wynn: We have this date of 2012 that many people are saying is this time of
global shift or Ascension. What do you think is going to happen?

Gregg The date 2012 is interesting because it comes up in Mayan traditions,
Egyptian traditions, some of the Christian traditions, and even in the Bible
Code - which is very controversial unto itself.

My sense is this date could be any date. If we focus on a date and live our
lives preparing for a change on that date, we miss life. From my
perspective, if we simply live each day of our lives to its fullest, we
reconcile the experiences that cross our paths each day, we reconcile the
opportunity to honor life, to honor our relationships with one another.

If we are honest, truthful, considerate, caring and compassionate, if we
live this each day, we have already prepared for whatever could possibly
come on 2012 or any other day, any other year, any time in our future.

I know people who are living their lives hoarding boxcars full of food and
ammunition, preparing for the day when our world changes. I understand, and
I think it's good to be self sufficient. I understand what they are saying.
But also what I've seen is that so much of their lives is dedicated to
preparing for that day, they've missed the beauty and the mystery of life
that unfolds in every day. And it's in perceiving this beauty and mystery
that we prepare for the greatest challenges!

Wynn: So basically, if one wants to approach this change with the maximum
positive outcome for themselves, the key is to live each day with the
maximum output of love, compassion, and caring?

Gregg: Yes, and to do this, we have to live each day consciously. Be aware
of the opportunities. Recognize the opportunities that cross our paths.
Every day, we're given the opportunity to be tolerant of another belief
system, to forgive someone who has hurt or angered us, to reconcile our own
judgments about what should or should not be in our world.

If we can reconcile these things as they cross our paths and consciously
deal with them in the moment, then we know we're changing the chemistry of
our bodies by changing the way we feel, and are thus preparing ourselves for
whatever transitions the earth is going to go through.

If that makes sense.

Wynn: Yes, it does to me. Is there anything really important to close with
for our readers that I might have missed?

Gregg: For the first time in our history, the fate of our species, our
entire species, rests upon the choices of a single generation. And what
we've just done is talked about what some of those choices are all about.

"If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else"

...am writing in here, a few things that i have learnt from the BREAK THRU drills, and the manner in which i have been implementing it :) and trust me, we can all have greater BREAK THRUs in life when we IMPLEMENT the teachings and APPLY em in our dialy lives :) here is one such thing we all will have experienced when we help others into get into BREAK THRU :).. read on....

Whenever people hit rock bottom, there’s a tendency to exhibit a knee jerk reaction to their precarious plight; to look to the outside for a hidden spark that can lift them out of their doldrums. But if our quest is to truly rise above life’s toils and troubles, where we can make our lives everything we want them to be regardless of what life tosses in our path; then maybe, just maybe, we should begin by first lifting up our own spirits. That’s right, LIFTING ourselves up, up and away!

And can there be a quicker way to enhance our inner feelings of self worth than to lift up those all around us? Hold on, wait a minute here; aren’t we trying to lift ourselves up? Yes, we are. Then why in the world are we looking to raise the spirits of those that surround us first? Because by lifting others, we will in turn lift our own feelings to heights previously unimagined. In short, we get better each time we make those around us better and even better yet; there is no limit on how much better we can get.
Bottomline: Let the BREAK THRU state get contagious :) and you will see tremendous energy levels around you, you will reach where you need to much FASTER, what more even the GODs will join in when you are in BREAK THRU !
God Bless,
Peace & Love
Ganeshkumar :)

Acharya Anandagiri's Wisdom-Very Profound Insights

Bhagavan has the power to open your heart, not with fear, but with Love. You don't even have to believe it. It will happen. And for the first time, you will begin to experience life. Experience reality as it is.

The mind colors reality with its views, its own perceptions. We never see or experience things as they truly are. We're interpreting everything all the time, evaluating, judging; as that is the nature of the human mind. It is impossible to understand each other.

The only way to relate is for people to experience each other. And you can truly experience, only if your heart is open. Your mind cannot help you experience, as the mind tries to understand, analyze, always putting things into proper perspective.

"What the hell am I doing here?" What is the purpose of my existence?

You have a self and you feel separate from all the other people. The mind questions and there are no answers for all of this, the questions keep coming on their own…

We need to fully experience each moment in life. Drink a glass of water, eat a banana. Transcend the mind. This happens through grace. Oneness Blessing opens the door for grace.

Take the opportunity and as a Oneness Blessing Giver know that… 'I now have the power of Oneness Blessing, Grace, Right Understanding.

And the clearer my vision is, the more I come into the cause of oneness and the grace will so powerfully flower all hearts. Work to enhance my Oneness Blessing powers further. Create the right understanding and then my vision and role becomes clearer. Know my path in facilitating the Golden Age and what exactly will be my role in this vision.'This is a concrete way to help humanity.

We have the gift, power and vision to serve people in the right way. We're very blessed that way. We have the urge, power and vision to create a deep impact in human consciousness. World over, religion is dying. This is not a good sign for the world.

The family is dying. Relationships are dying. Life is relationship and if relationship is withering away, the meaning for our existence is slowly vanishing. The death of the civilization. Life is losing meaning right now. That is exactly where we can help. Oneness Blessing is the tool. It's important that we work as a team and a family. The Golden Age requires the effort of at least 64,000 people. The power to give Oneness Blessing has to be given to everybody so we can share it with all people by 2012.

This year 2012 is like a monsoon for spirituality. If we can prepare ourselves by 2012; then man will rise to a state of causeless Love. Every year there will be a Oneness Blessing conference in different parts of the world. Every year you OBG's will receive a special Oneness Blessing to enhance your diksha powers. And every year more Dasas will be present in the conference until 2012 – when there will be 7 female and 7 male Dasas to fully enhance our Oneness Blessing power. Dikshas will fill people with states of Unconditional Love and Peace. Rising to higher and permanent levels of these states thru the Oneness Blessing. Vision – Humanity rising to a state of unconditional peace and unconditional love by 2012. Thru these Oneness Blessings you will be healing relationships, setting right families, helping the revival of all religions. Fundamentalism is the last way that the self tries to survive, when it's being challenged by a new wave of freedom. When it's dying and losing ground, it tries to protect itself and will become stronger.

Fundamentalism is a dying religion and has become a set of words, dogma and beliefs. It no more focuses on the need for experience. And it is the experience that transforms you.Spiritual awakening is a neurological transformation. Our brains need to be wired differently. There is no greater Hell than trying to live an enlightened life when you are not enlightened, when you are NOT being yourself. So Oneness Blessing is a great tool to unite religions. When you lay your hands on a person, he or she will feel that Love, surrender, peace, light, whatever the scriptures talk about.

Golden City is the first Oneness Temple. We will build many oneness temples where people can come and discover their own faith, and in the oneness temple, all can come and receive Oneness Blessings. A major shift in human consciousness will happen. Humanity will not be the same anymore with the power of Oneness Blessing and the power of this growing movement by 2012. Our self is in survival mode and at times we may also have difficulty seeing this higher vision. Mostly when we're dealing with our own survival.

Remember together we can all create a beautiful world.Relationships reflect:Our own conflicts, the problems within our family, always trying to prove the other wrong, each trying to control and dominate each other. The problems we face in our country – racism, class conflict, violence, war, terrorism, fear, security.

The problem is the feeling of 'the me' and 'not me' perception. As long as this feeling is there, there is fear, insecurity, separateness, and internal conflicts. Fear is there. A reason for war. Existence is the cause of all human problems.Did you know that you are equal to suffering? You are the suffering. If you are there, there is suffering. You need to have a clear vision of what exactly your work is. If you work with this vision, you can work miracles. And your Oneness Blessings will be so powerful!

The last time this happened was when Jesus Christ was here on the planet and he gave the power to his disciples to also lay hands on people. At that time the planet was not yet ready for this change. Many people ask Bhagavan, why doesn't he just give the power to everyone now and raise the level of consciousness NOW.Bhagavan replies that he doesn't want to be crucified like Christ so he is doing it at the pace that he is doing it.

A critical mass of 64,000 is required and then we can say we are safe. You just have no idea; it may not always be easy. People don't like change. You can talk of Love & Oneness and as it becomes more and more visible, some trouble may begin. The consciousness will continue to grow. After the shift happens, it will happen automatically and consciousness will continue to grow and evolve on its own.People want change and a more meaningful existence. Society fears it. Stop comparing yourself (like getting a new car, be satisfied with what you have). Spiritual awakening is not the end of materialism.

Gandhi was embodiment of simplicity and non violence. But he still loved driving his Rolls Royce. It was a beautiful experience for him.Have an urgent desire to help man. Anything that helps bring about oneness, any method at all is the right way. Right now when we give Oneness Blessing to others; they will have healing and awakening experiences. It depends on what they need, and they'll experience that. That is how grace, God, Intelligence works. He or she will experience what they need in that moment. Faith, surrender, peace, light, deep connection with their family, a human being healed, an experience that is most helpful in that moment.

In 2012, Oneness Blessing will be enough to put a person into an irreversible state of Love and there's no going back. There will be more and more power and more and more grace. The world is a big place. This phenomenon of Oneness Blessing and Amma & Bhagavan…Isn't it a miracle that we lay our hands on another and their lives are transformed? Incredible experiences happen. This is a phenomenon, not a technique. By laying our hands we establish man's connection to God, creating a shift in human consciousness.Remember society feels threatened by any kind of change. We are all vibrations and our vibrations are harmonizing together. Science and spirituality are coming together.

Love, peace, absence to self, cosmic consciousness. It can't be measured, but in the age we live in, science and spirituality are getting married. They are complimentary. And that's when man will take a quantum leap.Spiritual experience can be verified and measured. The change in consciousness, the difference in the way you look at things can be measured and will resolve a lot of conflict. What you feel in the Oneness Blessing is not absolute. Many experience it in many different ways; especially when you are giving Diksha.

If you want to experience Grace, lay your hands on others. When you give Oneness Blessing, you are taken over by Grace. As you give more Oneness Blessings, you'll grow and your heart will open more and more. You must know how it is when we make an effort to reach out to God. When God makes an effort to reach out to man – that is Oneness Blessing = Diksha. You experience God in different ways. As God, peace, love, light, healing. You don't need more understanding then that. The only way to know Amma & Bhagavan is thru your own experience, and you will experience that.

In 1989 Diksha = Oneness Blessing began with Krishnaji laying his hands on his friends in the school and they started having amazing experiences.'Foundation for world awakening' is to set man free. The school was founded to prepare people for successful careers and a beautiful life. To handle hurt, fears, and relationship, the child discovers what he loves to do in life. Are the parents willing to allow the child to be himself?

After meeting Bhagavan, things changed for Anandagiri, as he experienced feelings of great ease. You feel so nice about yourself in Bhagavan's presence. You feel like a King which is a very different feeling. Just feeling so nice about your-self in his presence. In relationships, you are being judged all the time and you can't seem to avoid that either. The mind does that with everything it sees, hears, and experiences.

Being evaluated does not make us feel nice. As you know that you are being evaluated. Bhagavan is so absolutely comfortable with everything and everybody. Being with him, you feel that there is nothing wrong with the world.Anandagiri grew up feeling so good about himself in Bhagavan's presence. Children were the decision makers in the school and they also made the policies of the school and the education system. Bhagavan could not keep hidden what he wanted mankind to experience anymore. Many altered states were being experienced. Bhagavan was committed to delivering this state to all of man.But Bhagavan decided that he had to slow things down.

As we share the vision with Bhagavan, we at some point will also experience this immense compassion Amma & Bhagavan have for mankind. Oneness Blessing works for everybody. The Vision of this movement is to set man free. Anything binding is not Bhagavan's way. If this part is not working for you, give it up. If it does not work for you, it is not your path, give it up. This is people's work, people who have the urge & desire to do this. More leaders must emerge to help more people.

This movement wants everyone to have the opportunity to serve mankind and have their part in serving humanity. As we help others they will express their immense gratitude to you as their life feels more meaningful and purposeful. Who belongs? Anyone working for Oneness. There is no single path. When you come to a course you will discover what you are seeking. You discover your own faith and you help others discover theirs. You must help others to become leaders. We want teachers everywhere. That is what this movement needs.

We need more leaders. The power goes into the hands of all Oneness Blessing givers. Bhagavan says, "It is time for more leaders to emerge."This is a movement of empowerment for all Oneness Blessing givers. We want people to be encouraging. More and more leaders must emerge. There cannot be a single leader. We need to be aware that we have a self and its wants to stand up above all else. You can't wake up a man who pretends to be asleep. If you aren't enlightened, you cannot see your own flaws, your ego; what you need to be aware of. We are all in process and have places to grow. The nature of the self wants bickering. We want to become "Somebody". You psychologically survive in this process of becoming. We seek from this pleasure of becoming.

We can't stop it. This is the mind and the nature of the self. There is nothing wrong in it, and you can know that this is what I am. You can observe your behavior. If you think that you are already in the highest state, then you'll refuse to see anything. You must not become heartless as a leader, and always stay in awareness of what you are doing as a leader. It has to be people's work. The focus is on this to happen by 2012.

The helpers and dasas are helping people and praying for them, day in and day out. Take it all in the best spirit and the greatest miracle is to see the truth about yourself and that in itself is a miracle. In 2002 Anandagiri went to a conference in Sweden talking about enlightenment and shared his experience of freedom. Truth when it's not your truth still remains untruth. He spoke of how YOU are garbage, YOU are in pain and suffering, YOU don't feel loved.

Encourage yourself to see the truth of what you are, and then when the opportunities arise; you can face them without being afraid to look honestly at yourself. And when you can accept that and embrace what is … that is freedom. If you can feel your fear, in the moment when you are seeing yourself as you are and not try to hide anything about it THAT surely is a great miracle! You feel fear in everything that you do, especially the fear of losing the images that you have built over time. When you can see yourself clearly; all the "ugly" things about yourself and say "this is what I am". That is the moment you are free of all fear, and you can call that enlightenment.

Anandagiri can speak about it because it's a miracle that happened to him and he's so grateful to Amma & Bhagavan. And with what ease Bhagavan helped him to see himself.Transitions can be difficult. You suddenly discover that you lose your innocence as you move from childhood into adulthood. The image I carried of myself was one of how "good", generous and what a good student I was. But inside I could see the genuine conflict; the inner debate. About whether I should I speak out the truth, stay with the image, or be with the pain? I was very self conscious; wanting to know what others thought of me. What I really was feeling was jealousy and fearful. And the fear would stop me. Should I do it? Speak out about everything; in detail of how I'm always comparing myself, judging, with many lustful thoughts. If I speak of all these ugly thoughts and things to Bhagavan he will surely be shocked!

Well, I was the surprised one as he wasn't! He told me to –– sing – "This is what I am _____"

and sing it aloud – a beautiful song of all my ugliness, in every detail! And I did! I went to the largest rock on the school campus & sang! I sang my song and liberated myself! Since then, (1988 – over 18 yrs ago) I don't remember having any conflicts. I don't complain about myself anymore. It's a miracle, but you need grace for that. Bhagavan's listening, his response, was a Oneness Blessing...

It is a great miracle of life when you can truly see yourself. If you can do that, and not take things personally. We have a self that wants to dominate. If you can just see that self for what it is. And accept it naturally, without effort. That is when you will touch God. You will have beautiful experiences giving Oneness Blessing.

Very soon the experience of seeing others as you give Oneness Blessing will be so fulfilling that you'll stop asking for experiences. What really matters most is the opening of the heart. Pray for the presence to take over in your life. What do you believe? What do you experience?Whatever you are feeling is perfectly fine.

Know that the way you feel is the correct way.You don't have to accept anything or force yourself to accept something that's not you. You cannot avoid what you are feeling. Doubt may come thru, if so, experience the doubt. When you have doubt, allow the space. Give the doubt space and go there. The fact is, you don't have to believe in anything or accept anything. It doesn't matter to Amma & Bhagavan. There is nothing to not accept, the doubt does not prevent Grace from flowing. All situations are there for us to learn. We have a self and act from our self and we can learn how to observe the self in action.

It will happen. Pray for yourself to see yourself fully 'as you are', even in all the ugliness. You will receive the opportunity and when the opportunity comes, ask to be fully present with it and experience it. It is the Divine Intelligence flowing thru us. We are working towards this mission. Each one of us is very important. We want to be connected to all that is. This deepening has to happen from within. What is happening here will soon happen in every country.

There will be a Special Oneness Blessing so that inner conflict ceases and we can all work together in harmony. In chanting – Irrespective of the way you connect to the Divine, chanting reaches the source. Each drop of rain eventually reaches the ocean. And spiritual enlightenment is not a part of achievement. It's more like as if you've suddenly seen something different. Awakening to reality, 'As it is'.Why do we suffer? Our suffering, our pain, comes from our assumptions. We never see things as they are. Constantly processing, evaluating. That's the habit of the human mind. It cannot do otherwise.

We suffer because we build stories from what people tell us. We create, "My interpretation of the words that I heard."And then we associate this moment with those past words. We are building stories around situations all the time. When you can see those assumptions, that they are responsible for your suffering. "I have such evil thoughts, I'm going to go to hell, and I shouldn't be having these thoughts".And we waste so much energy in trying to change these thoughts.

This erratic thinking causes pain. It is bad; I shouldn't be having these thoughts. You are responsible; you are the owner of your thoughts. You have this idea, but if you realize that your thoughts are not your thoughts, you can then distance yourself from your thoughts. Your mind is your mind – an assumption.

Assumption that there is a self you have to become free of. There is no self you have to become free of. Self is a mere concept. Freedom is in realizing these assumptions. Because of the assumption of the self and its absoluteness, we suffer separation. We don't feel a part of what is around us.

So many people make it a mission of their life to change because they believe others are responsible for their pain and suffering. If he or she wasn't like this….. and so they try to change the situation. Everything is an interpretation …in how you perceive the situation. We struggle so much with our own mind.Freedom is not in transforming the content.

Freedom is in seeing the content as it is. Seeing the mind, the emotions, and the thoughts as they are. Nothing changes and yet there is joy and freedom. He is in seeing things as they are. You don't have to do much to have this realization. This realization will come to you and you will see the assumptions that rule your life and you will experience the oneness, the connectedness. You cannot contemplate this until you realize it and it will happen naturally. It only takes a moment of grace and you will never know when this moment will come.

Many people suffer because they love to suffer. Suffering is more pleasurable than facing the psychologically suffering and the loneliness of your existence. In today's civilization it's important that one who successfully manages his time asks 'why am I doing this?' Sometimes we love doing it, and sometimes we do it because we are bored and lonely without it. So we have to pass our time. We need physical activity to distract us from our loneliness and boredom. And we try to escape the sense of our loneliness.

So we use psychological activity; creating goals to keep ourselves active, but goals mean – Successful management of our time. You have a self, you feel separate, and you feel lonely. So we are always trying to manage those feelings by constantly doing. The fundamental problem is the self, the me and the not me.Isolation, separation, loneliness – this basic pain is highly intolerable. In assuming physical and psychological separation, suffering is constant.

There is a constant tendency to also create other kinds of suffering. If all of existence is sorrow, he becomes impervious. This is too much. So he wants to get rid of this existence. The psychological suffering is too much. Especially after you have accomplished something. After, you then feel lonely. Once you have reached your goal, there's nothing more for you to do and then you feel the natural pain of existence.

When a physical problem dominates your psychological suffering you have created that in order to escape from the other pain. We are so full of hurt that we can easily manifest physical pain in our bodies. When our tea cup is filled to top, then adding more tea will only spill over into the saucer. It is the same with mind and body.

Man is psychosomatic. If mind cannot handle the hurt anymore, it will spill over into the body. If we heal the mind, it will no longer spill over into the body and we can become free of existence as the sense of separation; existence as the sense of the me and the not me. That's the cause. In and around Golden City, India we've adopted 100 cities and we are working with the people to develop these villages.

If people are truly happy because their life has meaning, feeling fulfillment in what they do, with education for the children, and healthcare for all. Healing will happen in relationships, with increased spiritual development. We started this project 4 years ago. Learning together so that people can help each other. On Sundays – there are quiz sessions. Teams pose questions to each other from what they have learned.

When you give Oneness Blessing, Divine Grace knows best what that person needs in the moment. You don't have to understand the person in order to heal that person. You have the grace with you. And you have the power of grace within you. Using Oneness Blessing, you can perform miracles. Initially the focus was on acquiring profound enlightened states, when reached, people were so happy and couldn't ask for more, but when the state was gone, they were so miserable.

The enlightened state was so different than enlightenment itself. People started coming to experience this rather than realizing something that would be more helpful to their lives. Earlier they were obsessed with the states of enlightenment rather than realizations about their life. They changed the courses and now it's not about enlightenment. Once you experience it, you crave it and constantly looking for it rather than actually living your life. The greatest obstacle to enlightenment is enlightenment.

The Oneness Blessing will take you there and beyond to God Realization where you become one with the divine. The process is always changing. Oneness Blessing itself is going to directly give you the realization. The process keeps changing as more grace is coming thru. It will continually change thus becoming simpler and happen faster. A fundamentalist may be so stuck in his belief that anything else might look evil to them. Please make no attempt to convert anyone. Oneness Blessing can help anyone experience and discover their faith. Not trying to bring them on to another path.

Christ Consciousness – I have experienced Christ and you can have that experience. You can pray and have them experience Oneness Blessing. They don't have to believe anything you can also give them a Oneness Blessing by intent. Or just hug a person and give them a Oneness Blessing. Once you're on the plane and it's taken off, running back and forth on the plane won't make you get there any faster.Helping others, giving Oneness Blessing can help speed the process.Be patient. To awaken .001% of the population of each country to the state of oneness.

Object – deepening the individual participant's process. Build a sense of community and cooperation among teachers. Empowering oneness teachers by providing resources, support and training. If we can talk to spiritual leaders in their terms, to contact God, clergy and lay people in the terms they don't find offensive and give them a way to give an experience to their people. Figure out how to develop this for each segment.

Knowledge flows from the divine, independently of which divine we are calling on. The various stages of liberation: It can happen in stages or simultaneously and it's all the same.

Bhagavan says liberation from work

is

liberation from society.

Liberation from: Conditioning

Liberation from: Knowledge

Liberation from: The mind

Liberation from: The self

Liberation of: The senses

Liberation of: Life is enlightenment

Liberation from work

Liberation from Society

Liberation from Mind

Liberation from Self

Liberation from Senses

Life

Liberation from work – This civilization would collapse without work and would come to a grinding halt. The coming of the Oneness Age – causeless Love, hearts fully open, unconditional love is when the heart is fully open. Some people can't imagine when the world we think spirituality and materialism can't go together.Spiritual path of enlightenment, we have the image of St. Francis Assisi, Buddha, JC, simplicity and enunciation. Total sacrifice, detachment, no desire. Idea is so different than what it actually is.

Think of an enlightened world – no desires, smiling faces, no anger.Liberated, God Realized people are simple and detached, but we aren't going to be living in rags or starving with no car, bare footed. The Oneness Age does not mean we have to be in the Stone Age. There will be abundance and growing technology, more comforts, a more beautiful world. More technology, wisdom, compassion no division in economics, politics, does not mean giving up work. What it means – Action vs. activity.

The current nature of our work in society. You need to stay alive physically and psychologically. Fear of survival to the physically and psychologically, boredom are the major reasons driving us to do what we are doing. If we ask people how many love what they are doing; how many really enjoy what they are doing. Maybe there are very few. When the work that you do is a means to our end – survival, fear loneliness, security, such work is merely activity, but the work that do, if it is an end in itself, you are doing what you do and you love what you do. It's an end in itself because you love doing it. Such work is Action. The very act of walking gives you such joy. It's such a beautiful experience.

When you are truly experiencing what you are doing. That is action and such work is meditation.Conversation with friend – that is meditation, just loving the conversation, it's a beautiful experience. You're cleaning your house, clearing the trash, and you are experiencing that moment, there is total attention and THAT is meditation, action. When you have moved from activity to action, we call it liberation from work. Liberation from work is liberation from society.A truly free man is also free from the idea of freedom.Hippies were ruled and stuck by ideal freedom. When you are free, you are really free, you are not positioned.

Liberation from the clutches of society. Liberation from the fear of society. We do what we do because we are afraid of what others will think of us. We strive to achieve things that we think society will appreciate. Your heart wants one thing, but you do something else. Your mind will ask who will respect. How are you going to make $, how will you survive. Society conditions us to do what is most appreciated.

Liberation from society is liberation from fear of society. No more acting from fear or conditioning.Who is responsible for WWII? All of us at that time. Man is a puppet. All of the responses are predetermined in the mind. We are conditioned to think in a particular way. Social structure, schools, politics conditioned and programmed to thin in a particular way. Ruled by our ideas, thoughts and beliefs.

Fundamentalist – idea that Christ is the only way rather than that there are so many paths and people can choose their own path and they can't see it any other way no matter how much logic, rationale you use, they'll see you as evil. History – birth, death of ideas. Battle between ideas – wars, so many conflicts in the world. We are ruled by ideas, we have no freedom, even from being in the womb.

Early ideas form the blueprint of our lives. If the blueprint says nobody loves you, no matter how much the world loves you and cares for you, you don't get it. Unless you are free, you really don't know what freedom is. You are in a prison. There is a story of a man not afraid of death, and he went to a famous scholar in India to debate his way of thought. Even the animals could recite with him; his parrot would recite with him.

He offered the parrot some grapes, I don't like grapes, I love peppers says the parrot. Finally, the parrot tries the grape – it's so delicious, why didn't my master give me these? They go for a walk, more grapes – parrot says I want freedom, I don't want grapes. Unless you taste freedom, you think you are already free. Relationships – right & wrong, trying to dominate, everyone wants to prove their point, your idea is the best, for your own survival, you get into conflict, wars over simple things. The moment that the idea that you have is touched, you are provoked.

Everything you are is an idea, and you fight and live by these ideas. You think you are acting on your own it's not true. Nobody would like to fight. Nobody wants to do what they are doing and you respond – I'm never going to be angry again. Liberation from conditioning means freedom from conditioning, free of all these ideas, you observe your behavior and can see how conditioning is living your life.

As it is happening, you see how an idea is fighting. You don't become free of those concepts, when you become aware you make yourself aware of the knowledge of what you are and knowledge is useful to function in this world. The conditioning in making up that person. Complaint – "We cared for each other before we got married." People feel suffocated by the framework. It's everywhere in life. All forms of conditioning are slight deviations, there is disturbance, and there is anger.

When you recognize how you are not free, it is governing you. The very act of seeing is freedom. Everything becomes knowledge, liberation from knowledge.Generally we hear liberation from ignorance, but Bhagavan says liberation from knowledge, not functional knowledge (how to repair a car). Philosophical, GOD, self, the universe. Ultimate truth-things that we don't know. Such knowledge will become an obstacle to experiencing things as they are. We interpret the experience rather than experiencing the experience that we experience. Is this the real thing?

The mind will ask us how can we be sure that it's not an illusion. Your experience has transformed your heart and your love and it doesn't matter. We are all hypnotized. All the values we have; $$money, questioning the fundamental truth of our values. If you feel love for the whole world, what does it matter? Obsessed with the "absolute" truth. How many times do you come so close to GOD and not recognize it "Oh God". Liberation from knowledge is liberation from speculative knowledge; not born from your experience.

Liberation from the Mind:What is enlightenment? There is a different answer from Bhagavan every time, there are many answers. What Bhagavan was communicating was, that there is no right view or "the truth", don't hold on to any one view. No matter how profound it is or feels. Freedom is when there are no views.

In one of the classes, when the possibility of change strikes you, you are enlightened, that is freedom from the mind. You hope so much your mind will change someday. Somehow you want to change it. Somehow you're not happy with your thoughts, its judging nature. The problem is not the mind; the problem is never the content. The problem is your trying to change the content.

Freedom is in accepting the content, freedom is in accepting the mind as it is. Accepting the nature of the tiger that eats the deer. Mind is so, that is how it is structured, that is how its nature is.Free of the effort to change that mind. When the impossibility of change strikes you that is enlightenment. All it takes is a moment of grace for that to happen. You will have all these realizations happen to you.Liberation from the self is liberation from the senses is liberation from life.

The time that you know is the time that you created. If you close your eyes you can create it in your mind. Your logic and rational mind is limited. It can only see past and future, here and there. It always asks who is seeing what. The observer and the absolute is the observed, is one and the same. You have to experience it. Time and space are concepts created by our mind. We all feel separate from each other; it is all such an illusion.

One part of mind is observing itself that will give you some relief and yet, even that is a concept. Who is seeing? Sometimes you become the whole universe. You are the stars, the universe; this little homo sapien can't sustain that experience for too long a time. When you experience it, you know it. There's an experience it's happening. To be continued....
