Sri Bhagavan's Message on Acceptance

All that you can do is, you can see what is there, first of all, you do not know what is there. Because all the years you have been running away from it, see everywhere you find only the self. So you come to know, now there is an indirect way of knowing, but then to actually look at it is painful. To look at your envious thoughts, your jealous thoughts, your fearful thoughts, your anxious thoughts, is not such a good experience. That all the time you are running away from it. That is the only problem which man has got. So, because we are telling you, look, turn around, confront it, look at it, then may be you will say let me try. Initially it could be difficult, but then you will soon realize it is very tempting. It is very nice to see, as you see your darker side, your negative side, strangely you will stop condemning, you will know that is true, along with that comes joy also and with that joy you will soon find that there is absence of conflict. Not that your negative side has gone, not that you cease to be jealous, cease to be angry, cease to be fearful, no no no no not those things. You are for the first time in your life able to say, yes I am this I am not ashamed of it that is the only truth, I am being truthful. That is when you have taken the first step in spirituality that is also the last step, there after everything is automatic. No guru is required, no teaching is required, it is all automatic. You think there is some thing you can do to get there. There is nothing you can do to get there. If you are a jealous person, you are not going to become non jealous. If you are fearful person, you are not going to become courageous like the lion. If you are a depressed person, you are not going to go into euphoria. You cannot change, try as you might, you cannot change. So what is the teaching here. The teaching says you cannot change, and there is no need to change, because you have been designed like that, you are that, that is all that is the only teaching. Therefore you accept, Aa Ah! I cannot change, what is there to do, nothing to do. There is nothing wrong like that, I have been designed like that, you did not design yourself, God designed you like that, he has some purpose in designing you. So there is complete acceptance, when you accept what is there, that is meditation, that is sadhana, that is all, so it is very simple, please do it, I will help you.

Sri Bhagavan shows us how to create what we want in life

The following is an excerpt from a talk Sri Bhagavan gave to a youth group in India 8 Oct 2006.

"All things in life can be achieved if you remove the mental blocks. How to remove mental blocks?

The more you think positively the more negativity comes in. That is why trying to stand in front of mirror and repeatedly saying something to boost your self never works, because the feedback is negative. Positive thinking leads to negativity. So, the secret is not positive thinking, but positive feelings. That is why during prayers we ask you to have emotion for the thing you desire. Emotion also is not the correct thing. Actually, it is feeling. Feelings do not have any resistance. Then there can be no mental block. Take for example fear…fear of a dog…that it will bite. It leads to other fears.

What should you do to generate positive feelings? I will tell you this secret also.

The feeling you have to generate for 12 minutes and then repeat it 7 times. This will dissolve the mental block. Through the mind you can never generate positive feeling. For positive feelings you have to use the body. How to generate these positive feelings? I will tell you that secret also. For example, if you are a coward and you want to be courageous. Be in a room. Walk like a lion. Change your posture. Talk courageously. Produce the feelings for a period of 12 minutes. Do it again for 7 times (seven days). Then the mental blocks will melt. Now, do it in the presence of more number of people. Gather your family members and do it, then to a larger group. Then the block is gone entirely. The unconscious part is removed. Same thing, for example if you want money, it is very easy. A farmer from Andhra did it and got 60 lacs (6,000,000 rupees) in 16 days. You have to sit, walk and talk like a millionaire. When you get the feelings the mind will not question. The negative is destroyed and a new programme is inserted. So do not use the mind for this".

PRESS INTERVIEW WITH SRI BHAGAVAN

Q)Bhagavan, what is the difference between your teachings and the other great teachings?

A)Basically, for example, other teachers say, "Be aware of your mind. Be
a witness." and all those things. What I am saying is, "It is not
possible for man. Most teachings are impractical. If one tries to
practice it, he might actually go into certain problems you know. Like,
he may become insane. People will become depressed, all kinds of problem
will occur. People may commit suicide. Many things will happen like
that, because those teachings cannot be practiced. For example, they
talk about "Practicing Awareness". That's impossible! To practice it.
But, my statement is - They are describing their state. They did not
practice those things and get that state. They got that state. Because
they got that state, it was possible for them to be aware of. Without
the state you cannot be aware of. Similarly, when it comes to Ramana
Maharishi, my stand is - Ramana Maharishi first had a death experience.
Therefore the question "Who am I" made sense to him. But to
a person without a death experience it won't make any sense. So, my
stand is - Most teachings won't work. They give some clarity about life.
But then you cannot practice them, because you must be in an altered
state of consciousness. Then it is very natural.

For example, it is very natural for a man to be jealous, very natural
for a man to be angry. So, if you are talking about not being jealous,
not being angry - you must be like a Buddha or a Christ. Buddha and
Christ had a different state of consciousness. So, my stand is, I will
give you that state. Once I have given you that state, then naturally
you have no jealousy, you have no anger, you have no frustration, you
have love and bliss. But you can't try to get love, because the love
that we are talking about is unconditional love. However much you try
you can't get there. You are full of jealousy. Through effort you can't
get to non-jealousy. From jealousy you can only go into jealousy, you
can't go into non- jealousy. So whatever you do, you are trapped. So my
whole thing is - this whole thing is not a psychological process. It is
a biological process. Now what I do is, I basically work on the human
brain to activate this mystical power. So infact I myself don't have to
work directly also. These Dasas who are enlightened, they are in tune
with me. Everyday we do this process. I transfer the power to them and
they inturn will go and touch. Then, as they touch, the brain undergoes
a transformation. So, to me, if you take Ramana Maharishi, his brain
underwent that transformation. Therefore Ramana Maharishi is in that
state. Jiddu Krishnamurthy is in that state because his brain underwent
that process. A Buddha is a Buddha because his brain underwent that
process. So, unless your brain also undergoes that process, you cannot
be a Buddha, you cannot be a Ramana Maharishi, you cannot be a Jiddu
Krishnamurthy. You cannot be anybody.

So that is why I am telling, all teachings are useless. All that they
can do is that they can make you into a seeker. You start desiring for
it. They are describing Bombay, so begin to seek Bombay. You know there
is no way for you to get to Bombay, because you must undergo the same
Neuro-Biological transformation that these teachers underwent. What is
involved here is Neuro-Biology. So what we give is called the "Deeksha".
The Deeksha is transfer of power to certain parts of the
brain. Then certain parts get activated, certain parts get deactivated
and you can get into any spiritual states you seek for. It could be a
Christian state, it could be an Islamic state, it could be a Buddhist
state, or a Taoist state. So each of these states depend on a particular
activity of the brain. So I belong to all faiths. I have Christians, I
have Muslims in the movement, you know. So whatever state you want I can
give it to you. So, my whole teaching is - IT HAS TO BE
GIVEN TO YOU.

Q)Is there any difference between the various states you mentioned - the
Buddhist, Islam, Christian and the Taoist states?

A)There is a difference. A Buddhist state will be, for example,
technically when we speak, you know what is called the Agneya Chakra? If
that Chakra is activated you get a Buddhist state. If Visshudhi is
activated you get a Islamic state. If Anahatha is activated you get a
Christian state. If the Sahasrara is activated you get a Hindu state. So
these Chakras are actually located in different parts of the brain. But
what is common is, in all those states there is no suffering. There
is love. There is joy. But the actual experience is different between
each state. So as far as I am concerned, you choose your state and I am
prepared to give you that state. I can just give it to you, because I
know what technicality is behind it. Without knowing the technicality,
simply going on talking, talking, talking, what is the use? and the poor
seeker goes on listening to teachings. But things won't happen. He'll
loose interest in his family life, he'll loose interest in the
world. Ultimately he'll become depressed. 30 to 40 years he will be
seeking. He will be doing sadhana. He'll get some peace, some joy, but
no progress. He begins to loose interest in spirituality and religion.
He becomes frustrated. Then ultimately he becomes a nuisance in the
family itself. Being a frustrated man he cannot enjoy life. So he
becomes a burden on others. Anybody who is unhappy, who is frustrated,
who is suffering, he will cause trouble to others.

So that is why I do not believe in propagating teachings. My thing is -
Come, straight away get the state. After you have got the state, use the
teachings to understand the state. Suppose you are in a Buddhist state,
the Buddhist teachings will help you know exactly where you are. A
Christian teaching will help you get clarity into a Christian state. The
teachings come after the state, not before. So I maintain, all teachers
are putting the cart before the horse. So, if you are a good
teacher, give the seeker the state. Give it to him first. After having
given it, then give the teaching. You may give a little in the beginning
to help him seek. That's all. Then quickly go on to the state itself. If
you have no ability to give the state, then you have no right to talk.

Suppose I am talking to you something, I must be in a position to give
you that state. If I cannot give you, I should not talk. I should not
say - "Oh, so beautiful my state is. You also try, you will get it."
Well, it does not happen that way. Ramana Maharishi did not apply his
teachings to himself. He first got the state. It happened to him. Then
he began to speak. Jiddu Krishanmurthy, did not apply his teachings. He
got the state. Thereafter he began to talk. So, is there any single
teacher who has applied his teaching and got there? Nobody. So when you
have not applied and got there, how is it you teach others? You are
telling, "You practice compassion, you practice love, you over come
lust". Is it so easy to overcome lust? Do this and do that. And the poor
fellow keeps trying and trying. And the enlightened person is made into
a model. He thinks that's how you become that. He is trying and he is
ruined. That is why I am against the practice of spirituality. So in
that way I am very very different from other teachers. They say - Nobody
can give it to you. You have to make it on your own. I am telling, "Till
dooms day you will not make it on your own. It has to be given to you".
Exactly opposite. That's where we differ.

Everyday I am producing hundreds of sages. You can come and see. It'll
take 3 to 4 minutes. That's all. One touch and a seer is produced. You
can meet the villagers - Muniamma, Kuppamma, Munuswamy - in unimaginable
states. All that happened was just one touch. Then the teachings come
out. Now if they talk, they will excel some of the greatest teachers of
all times, because their state is talking. You can see live people,
ordinary people, ordinary villagers, not just one or
two - hundreds. Fully enlightened, who can do miracles, healing
miracles. So, this is a strange village. Even as you walk you will be
meeting Ramana Maharishis and Buddhas. But only things is they are not
as famous as Ramana Maharishi and Buddha. They are ordinary people. That
is the only difference. When you talk you will know. "My goodness what
is this!" They have been produced liked that. If you are a true guru,
you must produce it. Otherwise why do you teach?

Q)Is this movement based on scientific theories?

A)Mine is purely science. See if I meet a Neuro-Biologist, I will talk
to him in terms of temporal lobes, parietal lobes - so I will talk in
terms of pure science. So I go hand in hand with science. I welcome
science and I believe the day has come when science and spirituality go
together. So for me everything is science only.

Miracles do happen. This movement is producing healers everyday. So we
train up people to be very good healers. Some miracles I do myself. If
you talk of science, there was a lady recently whose tongue was cut off
in the cancer institute. Now the tongue has come. But, they are not
speaking a word about it. They are only telling that Chemotherapy was
done and it became alright. They are not speaking one word about the
growth of the tongue. That, I am saying is not science. If you are true
to science you must say, "The tongue has grown". You must investigate
it. How can you suppress a fact? When you have cut a tongue and the
tongue has come back. This does not happen in western countries.

Q)Bhagavan, are you God?

A)Basically, it is like this. God essentially is unmanifest. That is, He
cannot be seen, He cannot be spoken to. But He is there. But since you
cannot see, you cannot speak to, He is as good as not being there as far
as you are concerned.

Then, the God that people normally talk about is the God who you call as
Antaryamin. i.e., He can be seen inside, you can talk inside; He can
appear to so many and disappear. That's what people normally refer to as
God. Sometimes God can incarnate in physical form. That's what is called
an Avatar. I am an Avatar. In that sense I am God. But if you
ask me - am I that unmanifest God right now, I am certainly not because
I am fully physical. But I am God in the sense that I am an Avatar. So,
God has these three faces. The example I give for this is - steam, water
and ice. They are the same thing. As steam, it is everywhere. You can't
control it. A liquid is more controlled, but still it is moving. Ice is
much more solid. The physical Avatar is something very solid. So,
Miracles happen around the physical Avatar. You can come to me. You can
talk to me about your problem. The problem is solved. If you come to me,
I can say, "OK, this will happen, that will happen". Many, many miracles
will happen. Now, it is very easy to contact me than to contact the
manifested God and still more difficult to contact the unmanifest God.
That is the advantage. You take my picture and you talk to me. The
response comes back.

And I am not claiming that I am the only Avatar. There have been Avatars
from time to time. The world is full of Avatars through whom God is
acting. That's all.

How can we tackle the Ayodhya issue?

To me all problems, whether they are economical problems, or political
problems, they all emanate from one basic problem. That is, man is not
enlightened. So, if one problem disappears, another problem will crop
up, if you are not enlightened. Today, it might be Ayhodhya, tomorrow it
might be something else. So the ultimate solution is that man must
become enlightened. And I maintain that large numbers of people will
become enlightened, starting from June 2004 and by September-November
2012, most of humanity will be enlightened. When that happens? The
problem will just disappear. That is my solution to the world's
problems. I don't believe in national boundaries. Dividing the world
into nations, into countries, into religions - as long as there are
divisions there will be suffering. All divisions must go. If all
divisions must go, the 'Self' must go. That is Enlightenment. Unless man
becomes Enlightened, there will one problem or the other. Say there
is water in the pipe. If you press it here, it will bulge somewhere
else. If you press it there, it will bulge somewhere else again. Ayodhya
might go, something else might crop up. Where is the end to all this ?
So, the ultimate solution is that man must be transformed. If man is
going to live the way he is living, he will destroy himself. With all
these nuclear weapons, ecological pollutions and other conflicts. We are
only racing towards destruction. Unless there is a transformation in his
consciousness and he becomes a totally new being, there is no hope for
man. I am interested in man's problem. That will take care of this
problem also.

Suppose Hindus and Muslims, they can no more see themselves as Hindus
and Muslims, where is the Ayodhya problem? But otherwise where is the
solution? The same thing can be applied for India-Pakistan also. It also
boils down to a religious problem only. And you must out grow religion,
which means you must outgrow the 'Self'. So, we need a radical
transformation of man, which is possible. I never talk about that which
is impossible. I can demonstrate to you that it is possible.

What is the root cause of fundamentalism? How can it be rooted out?

You see, fundamentalism is basically because people are not able to cope
up with the changes that are happening. The world is moving too, too,
too fast. So the old is not prepared to give way to the new. If you are
not prepared to give way to the new, then fundamentalism arises. It can
be Islamic fundamentalism, it can be Christian fundamentalism, it can be
Hindu fundamentalism. But the fact is we cannot stop these changes from
occurring. So, more changes are likely to take place and there could be
a growth in fundamentalism also. Again and again I see only
Enlightenment as the solution, because the world
is growing very, very fast. You are not prepared to give up your old
ways, which means you have become a fundamentalist. That's what is
happening. Islamic world is not able to cope up with the changes that
are occurring and that is the root cause of fundamentalism. So, if you
must be able to cope up with these changes, you must outgrow the 'Self'.
So, ultimately, you come back to enlightenment as the solution.

How can we achieve this kind of Enlightenment?

What I am maintaining is - 60,000 people must become fully enlightened.
If 60,000 people become fully enlightened, all else is automatic. i.e.
Automatically everywhere people will become enlightened. That's all.
It's automatic. A natural process. But to trigger it 60,000 people must
go into a very high state of enlightenment. If they emerge on the
planet, then the whole planet will be in that state. So my work is only
to produce those 60,000 people. So, I believe that by 2012 I will be
able to achieve it. Latest is 2012. It could well happen before that.
When that happens, their mere presence on the planet brings the
transformation. You don't have to know about the movement, come to the
movement, nothing. Wherever you are, suddenly one fine morning you will
be enlightened. You'll become very calm, loving and peaceful. It's
natural. It happens. That's all. That's what we are doing. So we have
allotted some numbers to every country. We have people in every country.
All are working towards this. So, if 60,000 people if we successfully
reach, it's all over.

What is your vision and mission?

My vision is that there must be the Golden Age by 2012. My mission is to
make 60,000 people enlightened. That's my mission. The way is - I give
Deeksha. That's my vision, mission and way. I simply give Deeksha. I am
not asking you to do some terrible practice. You simply come and take
Deeksha. That's all. You are enlightened. Like this I want 60,000
people.

Is the state you intend to give a permanent and irreversible one?

Yes, yes. Because this is a Neuro-Biological transformation. It is not
psychological. If it is psychological, it'll come, it'll go. I am not
working on the software. I am working on the hardware - the brain
itself. I am bringing about the mutation of the brain. Because when the
brain has changed, the hardware has changed. It's permanent. If it's
only in the software, it'll be there for a few days, few hours, few
minutes, few seconds and go away. This is a hardware transformation. You
can meet these enlightened people actually to understand this
transformation. I am not talking about something that is going to happen
in the future. I am talking about things that have happened. Its
finished. We have every country. We have Japanese, we have Russians, we
have Americans, we have Swedes, we have Indians, all in these states.
We are producing more and more. That's what it is. We are basically
giving it to people.

After bringing in the Golden Age, what is next?

See, the 'next' is of no consequence to me at all. Because what would
have happened is, in the Golden Age, people would be happy. My only goal
is to make people happy. Once that happens, it's Good Bye. They can do
whatever they want. I have no other goal. It is to make people happy.
That's all. After that they should be full of joy and bliss. There
should no suffering. If a person is happy - eating, drinking, walking -
everything is joy for him. So, whether he is driving a
Bullock cart on the road, that's not my problem. But you should be
happy.

Can you tell us about your transformation from Vijay Kumar to Bhagavan
Bhagavan?

See, there has been no psychological transformation in my consciousness.
From day one, it has been the same.

Who is your guru?

I have no guru. It is not that I was seeking enlightenment and I finally
became enlightened. For me from day one it's the same thing. This Vijay
Kumar to Bhagavan transformation happened in a place called Somangalam,
Madras, where we had retreats. Some people began to see me coming in a
horse - a vision, with a sword and all that. So they began to use the
word Kalki. Slowly it began to spread. And they were composing some
songs and they were singing. That's how it got stuck. We made some
efforts to remove that name. But the more we made efforts the more it
got stuck. Especially, people in North India refused to accept any other
name.

But I am not saying that I am the Kalki of the puranas. That Kalki who
is suppose to come after some 4 lakh years, when people will become so
small that they will climb up a brinjal plant on a ladder. So I am not
claiming all those things at all. Simply it's a name. What I am
maintaining is - Yes, I can give Enlightenment. I have the power to give
Enlightenment. This is the highest. In India it is believed that only
the greatest Avatar of God can give Enlightenment. That's the general
belief. You can do miracles, but giving Enlightenment is a different
story. I am not claiming anything more.
You come, whether you have faith or not, belief or not, I can still give
it to you. That's all there is to it.

Is there Mukthi? Is it possible to achieve?

Yes... hundreds achieved Mukthi. Thousands infact. Not just hundreds.
Its not a question of - can they achieve. They have achieved it. It's
over. You should meet and talk to them. You must meet Mukthas.

Is it possible to picturise that state of mind?

You can't picturise it.

Do all the Mukthas have miraculous power?

Not exactly. Some have the power to heal and some don't have. Not that
every Muktha has got the power to do something. Some have, some don't
have. That depends upon what you are seeking. Some have no interest in
miracles, so for such people we won't give those powers.

Is it possible to eliminate Human suffering through Dhyana?

See, Dhyana can help reduce the suffering a little bit. Beyond that any
Sadhanas are useless. All Sadhanas are only up to a point. After that
the returns are not there. It's not worth it. Up to a point, yes it's
OK. The only solution is Enlightenment. When Enlightenment happens you
are in a state of Dhyana 24 hours.

For all social, political and economical problems, is Enlightenment the
solution?

Yes.

Only solution?

Yes. The only solution. The ultimate solution. Let us say a man and a
woman are fighting. Suppose he or she is enlightened, there is no fight.
The Gundas in this Village (Varadhayapalem, Andhra Pradesh) are
conducting Sathsang now. This is a place where, when I came, people told
me - Why did you come to this place? It is such a terrible place. Full
of wife-beating. I said - I want exactly that place. Today the Gundas
are conducting sathsangs. So what has happened is transformation. They
don't drink. There is no wife beating. Everything has happened. Here,
water used to stagnate and there used to be cesspool everywhere. Now
everybody is co-operating. So, there is drainage and water does not
stagnate anywhere. There is a health
revolution taking place. People have stopped drinking. There is no wife
beating. There is love in the family. Everything is changing, through
Enlightenment. What could not be achieved by any rural organization has
been achieved by transforming the person.

What is the real meaning of Enlightenment?

See, to be enlightened is not to feel separate from the other. You are
there. You feel you are separate from all these people. Suppose you are
to become enlightened, you will say you only are the other. If you feel
that way, where can there be conflict? There can only be love. Isn't it?
That's all there is to it. And always there is happiness also. A happy
person cannot trouble others. An unhappy person will be pinching other.
Will give pain to others. After Enlightenment nobody gives trouble to
another. Everybody is happy. You will find in this village, all people
gathering, singing and dancing. All kinds. Caste is not a problem. Once
you are Enlightened there is no caste. The Harijan, the Bramhin, all
will be singing and dancing. Everything goes off. The caste is gone.
Muslims dancing with Hindus - you can see it in this
village. Everything has happened because they are in a different state.
They are all helping. You don't find street fights. Completely
transformed. And we had taken up this place because it was a horrible
place. That's where we have proved it. Total transformation.

Every month we are having a program. At least 500 people come for
Enlightenment from the local villages. People are standing in a queue,
because we cannot take more than that. It is spreading very fast.
Imagine the whole of India Enlightened. Then, what happens to all the
problems that we are talking about? There is a coolie in this village
who is Enlightened. Now, every rich man wants her to come their house
and perform Kalasha Pooja in their house. It's a pride to invite her to
their house now. All social dynamics have changed.

Westerners are also watching us very closely, because their interest is
that, if it can be done in other in other countries then terrorism can
be avoided. That is their interest. Therefore they are studying us very
closely. How come people are getting transformed so suddenly? Because
this does not take much time. Yesterday you were very ordinary. Today
you are transformed. Just 24 hours. And it's irreversible and permanent.
So what more can somebody ask for? Poor people in villages are dancing
in joy and they call their dance "The dance of Freedom". Even the
richest man in Karnataka cannot have 1/1000th of their joy. And ofcourse
along with this joy you will also become prosperous. The mind is so
clear. Whatever they touch, it is successful.

If Veerapan or Bin Laden are given the Deeksha, will they also be transformed?

Yes. If you bring Veerappan or Bin Laden, they'll be completely
transformed. It'll be over. Anybody can be transformed. Straight from
jail you can bring them. In regular jails of Andra Pradesh, we brought
about tremendous transformation. Strangely their cases have been
dismissed and they all have gone out also without criticizing the
Government (at Srikakulam). We have also had requests from other
countries like Siberia to go and work in their jails.

What are the means to become happy?

To me happiness is when you help others. But helping others is not so
easy. When I do this Neuro-Biological transformation, you naturally feel
like helping others. And as you help others you become happy. You can
try and see. When you help you become happy. But you must be naturally
helping others, which is a state of mind.

What is your expectation from the press?

The press must play a very constructive role in building the society. It
is very often portraying negative news. It must do something very
positive because it is a very powerful tool. It can really push people
to do certain things. If that can be achieved it is a great thing.

How is it going to be in the next 10 years?

I am producing Enlightened people by the hundreds everyday. Soon it's
going to be an explosion. I will say this is the last phase of man. It
is like - Man has been building a house for so many thousands of years
now. And 2004 to 2012 is the grahapravesham. Man has reached the final
stage after all these years of struggle. You will see a very different
world, which you cannot even imagine now and it will happen very
fast,very, very fast.

How 2 Heal Relationship Problems:Krishnaraj Dasaji

When having relationship problems, you need to actually startopening up to yourself, because there is a very major part of ourselves that we're not aware of. What we have failed to see about ourselves is a majorportion of our lives, and that has to be unveiled and has to experienced.Amma Bhagavan's grace will help you unveil it and help you experience it.

People also must know that they're not being subjected to apunishment or some kind of mental torture. It is more like a healingprocess to help them. This knowledge can help you to actually experience the whole process without resisting or fighting it.

Every time you go through a relationship problem, you actually getto see more of yourself. It's not that you're getting to see somethingabout the other person, you're only getting to see that side of you that is hurt, that which wants love, which wants attention, which cannot forgive, whichis not accepted, which feels rejected.

It is these things that you aregetting to see about yourself when going through a relationship problem. It is something that you have to process through, otherwisehow long can this be kept swept under the carpet--how long can this besuppressed? You have to let Divine Grace put you throughthis. Please know full well that you are not being judged or condemnedby the Divine when you're being put through such a process. You are onlybeing helped. This is a healing process to help you grow in relationship with the Divine, and grow in love and joy.As you start accepting all this within yourself, you are trulyfinally accepting the other person also. All of us tend to think thattalking with the other person, or reasoning with them, or applying some principle is going to help us. That is not the truth. You can onlyknow and accept the resistance you have to that relationship.

When you say you have a relationship problem, please understand that you are not having a problem with the relationship or the other person, youare only having a problem within yourself. You are only having a problem accepting all this reality about yourself--that you may be a person who craves attention, who has still not forgiven, who feels guilty about your past, or whois unable to stop hating someone, etc.

The other person is immaterial, and who he or she is isn't what ismaking you uncomfortable. How you experience him or her within you is the cause of your relationship problem. And that is what has to beexperienced. So in every crisis you are only getting to see more ofyourself. It has nothing to do with the otherperson. As you start facing the truth of your own resistance, it starts the melting of it under the heat of yourawareness.

How to discover joy in relationships?

Q: Bhagavan, kindly tell me how to experience the suffering of the other as vividly as I do my own?
Bhagavan: Very often you try to explain away your suffering. You try to understand. If on the other hand, you stop doing these things, experiencing automatically happens. Let us say, you are married and your wife is shouting at you, and if you have read a lot of books on psychology you would try to explain her behaviour, or would be busy trying to understand her. If you do neither of these, then you actually begin to experience her nagging. That is when something very strange and beautiful happens. It is only in the absence of explanations, judgements that we could experience another. That's why in the Movement many have learnt to experience each other. Hitherto they complained about the nagging of the husband or the wife, today they are in ecstasy the moment the nagging begins. Hitherto they would run away from their homes, but now they don't. You could very well start with your intimate relationships.

Amma Speaks..................

SRI PADMAVATHY AMMA

She is the beginning of everything
Yet She is beginning less
She is the cause of everything
Yet She is causeless
She is light and non-light too
She is the divinely beautiful and
Supremely blissful The mother of all,
She is the transcendent Samadhi
The best of minds, she is the most auspicious
She breathed consciousness into me
And abides in my heart.

--- Thirumanthiram -

A volunteer : A few years ago I was the only one giving Deekshas in my town. Now, there are many. Moreover, experiencing the power of Amma and Bhagavan through the Deekshas, people are automatically coming forward to serve. I don't think I have much to do. I intend to retire.

AMMA : Indeed, without any of you the Divine would still accomplish its mission. Amma and Bhagavan, who are here to transform the world, would complete their work anyway. All it needs to transform your town in a single day is one grand miracle. All the same, Amma Bhagavan need each of you and your services to humanity.

In this phase of cosmic evolution it has been pre-ordained that you should fulfill your individual part this way. There are thousands whose lives need to be affected by you. It is my will that this work should happen through you. No matter how many may emerge, fulfill your part yourself.

............................................................................................................................

Speaking on the nature of the Divine Amma said,

"The Divine is like the body and humans the cells. Whenever these cells turn cancerous, the body desperately tries to heal itself. Body is infinitely more powerful than any individual cell. But the individual cell too has power, which it acquires from the body. It uses this power to either cooperate or defy the body. So is it with man and God. Man too being powerful, is defying the divine.

It is not possible to transform the world without his co-operation. However, the present state of affairs cannot go on for long. Ultimately it is the will of the Divine that will come to pass."

Disciple : Amma, it is painful to see the way certain people make use of the Movement for their personal gains. I fear it will spoil our reputation amidst devotees.

AMMA : It is not the fault of the river that somebody's excrement floats on it. This work does not belong to any one person or a group of people. If today you witness these phenomenal miracles and enlightened states of consciousness in the lives of scores of devotees, what must
be the power and penance that has gone into it ? Leave along Amma Bhagavan; thousands of devotees, their hard work And prayers have all made the movement into what it is. Hence any
one person's self-centeredness or greed cannot hurt it. This phenomenon is divinely destined.

............................................................................................................................

Disciple : Amma, would you please give the devotees a message on the eve of Gratitude day.

AMMA : Tell them that there is always a special place in my heart for those who are dedicated to the cause of liberation of humanity. Remember your thoughts are known to you alone. Your words are know to you and the listener, which nonetheless are forgotten with the passage of
time. While the service (seva) you render alone shall stay for eternity. It will benefit all life.

...........................................................................................................................

ON SEVA

The highest of states is the state of seva. The spirit of seva is inbuilt into every
insight, realization, mystical experience and mukti. It is this spirit that drives you to share with the world what has been given to you.

----- Sri Amma -----

Contemplation on any one conversation or experience a day would result in an awakening to yourself. These words would act as mirrors reflecting your true nature leading you to insights into your relationships, life and God. If you are courting enlightenment, chewing over these conversations would carry you a long way.

Beware, any statement of Sri Amma can catch you unawares and lead to an explosion in consciousness. They could also give you the fruit they gave to the listeners when they heard them from Amma in person. Remember, each of These words has the potential to act as a Deeksha.

Q & A Session By Sri Bhagavan

Question: Are you the rama or the Krishna or you are the supreme?

Bhagavan: I am the same and not the same. What is there is a collective consciousness. Like the ant individuals put together there is ant consciousness. Like the cells make up the body and the individual. Its like nara-narayana.You must have noticed that even though there are plenty of snakesaround varadayapalyman there is none inside the ashram. We haveentered into an agreement with the snake consciousness that we will not harm them and they will not bite anybody.

There was a south American priest who cleans toilets daily. He wasoffered a high post in Vatican that he declined. He has the power to stop a flowing river. In his church, rats eat up the curtain. Other priests wanted to kill the rats. He entered into an agreement with the rat collective consciousness. He keeps food for them in a separate place daily and they in turn will not eat the curtain. Thisagreement is in place for last 350 years. Like this there are number of examples.

The collective human consciousness is what we call God. It is formless and takes the body form to help man. These manifestations are called avatars. They come with a specific purpose. Now they have come to amma and Bhagavan in a very powerful way. Because the whole mankind has to get mukthi. But it is the same thing only. Krishna came to kill kamsa, rama to kill ravana. Who do you think I have come to kill. It is You ( i.e the illusion of your self centredness). It is possible only by giving you the enlightenment or else you people cannot live happily.I have come in this Sandhykal (transition from kaliyug to satyayug). I am much more powerful that Krishna , rama, Buddhaâ giving mukthi is much more difficult than killing somebody or doing miracles. If I am lucky enough, we can finish the work and usher in the satya yuga within no time.So far the going is pretty good.

Question : If self is an illusion, who am I. What is my real existence?

Sri Bhagavan: You do not exist. That is the truth. That sense of "I and you", the sense of separateness, is an illusion. It does not really exist. For example, as you are listening to me, you are seeing me but you are not hearing me, and when you hear me, you are not seeing me. But that is happening so fast, that you have this illusion that you are seeing and hearing. The two senses have got coordinated, like in a movie, unless you have those 16 shots moving per second you will not see the hand movement, in the movie theatre. If the projector is slowed down it becomes only like a slide. Similarly, here the senses are coordinating at a particular speed whereby you are feeling that you are seeing, touching as though all these things are going on at the same time.

It is this illusion that creates the sense of "Me" and "I". If this is slowed down, you all just vanish! So, now you are there. If I were to slow down your senses, if you would give me permission, you would just disappear. You will go back home minus yourself! But you will still be very functional, you will in fact be very efficient. The sense of separateness would completely be gone. What remains there is life or you may call it pure consciousness; the stuff from which this whole universe is made. What is there ultimately is consciousness and that has to only to be experienced. How can you see yourself? There is no way to see consciousness, because you are that. Its true nature is Ananda and Love. It is a causeless Love. What you call love is not truly love.

You either beg for love, asking somebody to give you love, or if you give love it is because somebody is big or famous or great or wealthy or you have something to gain from that. You love your wife or husband because he or she means something to you. You possess somebody, you are attached to somebody. That is not the love we are talking about. This love is a causeless love. It is just there. This can happen only if the "I" the "self" disappears. It's a very simple thing - the senses have to be slowed down a little bit... and behold; You are not there! What is there is only life. You will feel you are one with the universe, completely one. It is not a mystical experience.

A mystical experience comes when the kundalini rises to the chakras, but when it comes down... the experience is lost. We are not talking about that. We are talking of a very robust state of 24 hours irreversible consciousness. You are completely gone. To attain this state you must qualify. The qualification is, you must set right your relationship. It takes only 7 minutes for me to give you that state you perceive everything without the "Me" or the "I" . For example: when I look at you people, I don't feel you are outside of me. Its as though all of you are inside of my belly, I can never see anything as separate. It's a fact and reality for me, and this is how all these 320 people who have got the state are experiencing. You can experience it. Somebody is not outside of you. Strangely the boundaries of the body cease. You no more can see it as your hand or your body, Its gone. The whole thing has become your body, it is a part of you. It is then that you have this true love, because it is a part of you.

There is no cause, and there is no question of the mind slipping into the past or worrying about the past or projecting into the future or thinking about the future. It lives in the moment. Every moment it lives and you start really living. Right now, what is happening is, you are merely existing. You live because you are afraid of dying. Otherwise you see no reason, why you should continue with your mediocre life. You get up in the morning, go to the toilet, brush your teeth, have your breakfast, pack up your lunch, go to office or do some business, come back, have a quarrel with your wife, have a fight with your child... again comeback watch your TV... day in day out...this routine, mediocre, meaningless, purposeless. You create of course some meaning. You say "I'm doing some social work...helping man...." and all kinds of things because you have to invent these things.

There is no meaning, because deep inside, there is only sorrow inside you. You don't know what to do with your lives. You've got into this mechanical trap created by self, by the "Me". So, you have built up various escape systems, mechanisms and you continue with this kind of life and the only reason you are not sick is because, I can probably say, you are afraid of dying ....

You have had no moments of ecstasy or bliss or joy. It is what really life is all about. You've certainly missed out on all that. So, sometimes I marvel how people are able to live. It really baffles me. To me, giving enlightenment is not a big problem at all. To me the problem is, I wonder how people continue to live, how many escape systems can they build! They have TV systems, computers, sky diving... and what else....somehow you must manage your lives.

You are managing your sorrow, you are escaping from your sorrow, doing all these things but fundamentally that pain is there inside; that ache, what's all this ? What is the meaning of life? Where are we going? We are getting older, and seem to have achieved nothing and what is the purpose of all this....? That is the meaning of the word 'Dukha'. There is no translation for it in English. We use the work 'suffering', which is not the true meaning of the work 'dukha'.

It is a very abstract and not clearly definable ache you have, the ache which Buddha had. He had everything in life yet that pain was there, that sense of "what's all this about". That is what we mean by the work 'dukha'. So, this has to go, That's the reason for the Mukthi Yagna. But you must first feel that pain. That's the 1st qualification. If you don't feel the pain and say "OK! I'm managing my suffering and I'm happy with it" then I have no business with you. I can help you only if it is going to really trouble you.

The second thing is, your relationships. That's very important. Then you are ready for receiving my grace of Mukti. Only then you'll know what true love is, what compassion is, what it is to share your life with others, what all this talk of oneness is. All the scriptures will start revealing themselves to you. Nobody needs to teach you. You are your own guru you can see it for yourself.

Timeless Insights by Sri Amma Bhagavan

I am That

Consciousness is the playground where the higher and lower conscious are at play.

Your choice aligns you to the higher or the lower conscious.

Intent + Effort + Grace = Success.

When you are focussed all things fall into place.

Prayer is like an itch you send up the body of God.

The best form of prayer is gratitude.

Yad bhavam, tad bhavati – as you feel so shall it be.

Prosperity and poverty begins with thought.

All resistance to truth is because of failure of intelligence.

Life is what you make of it – a school, a battlefield or a playground.

A happy person creates a happy world while an unhappy person creates an unhappy world.

Life is primarily governed by two needs – the need to love and the need to be loved.

Life is relationships.

The destructive tendencies of the lower conscious are silenced through the blessings of your parents.

Judgement and evaluatory processes cause suffering in relationships.

Your children inherit not only what you earn but also what you are.

Trying to pin point blame is like peeling an onion;you land up nowhere.

Love thyself to love thy neighbour.

Genuine affection is to be affected

A family that plays together, prays together and dines together stays together.

You reap what you sow but many times over.

Fear is only in the anticipation, never in the actual.

A breakdown state creates a breakdown reality while a breakthrough state creates a breakthrough reality

Do not let the situation determine your state let your state determine the situation.

A life without vision is like a journey without destination.

You Co-create your destiny with God.

Bhagavan's Vision to build a New India

'"To build a new India by enriching our greatest resource i.e. Human
resource."

To bring back to life, that philosophy that gives shape and structure,
destiny and direction to the life of an individual, a community and
the nation.

To revive that way of living of our ancestors that was assertive and
dynamic which naturally produced a galaxy of splendorous scientists,
mathematicians, doctors, artists, warriors and successful business
entrepreneurs.

To enable every individual and family to change their philosophy of
life from one of despondence, despair and apathy to one of hope,
dynamism and positive resolution and more so positive action thus
affecting the world consciousness and the dawn of Golden age.

- Sri Bhagavan

Summary of Third Secret revealed by Sri Bhagavan

For every person , .

Break throughs are required and necessary in life. Break through can be in the spheres of health, wealth , education, relationships in family or in any other sphere.
But break throughs are a must in one’s life today .

To achieve these break throughs , a good stand / a firm decision is very important.

Seven aspects to be reviewed are :-
1 body position
2 feelings
3 images
4 words
5 inner dialogue
6 positive belief system
7 firm stand

we need to make all the above seven aspects to be very positive and like those of rich people .

Body Position should be like that of a rich fellow. This leads to we having feelings similar to a rich fellow. Also these feelings can make your body position to be like a rich person. They are both interrelated .

Images that run in your mind also influence a lot .For example if u are given a broomstick and told to sweep a room , if the images that run in you are a broomstick
and cheta (telugu ) then u cannot do the work wholeheartedly. But if you have an image of a clean room and a dasaji praising you for cleaning the room so neatly you can do the same work in a very fast and better manner.

Never say words like not there(ledhu) ,I don’t have ,I don’t need (vaddu) and always say kavali (I require) instead of ledhu (don’t have) because if u are habituated to say in a negative manner . sometimes even when we enter good states like è (theta) and ä (delta) then also we speak in the same manner which leads to our destruction and harms us. Normally we are in á (alpha) and â(beta) during which whatever we say doesn’t effect us at all.

Inner dialogue or conflict like whether this will happen or not, whether I will pass or not also makes what we wanted not to have.

Consciousness is of three kinds:
1 conscious -what we know.
2 unconscious/lower conscious -what we donot know.
3 higher conscious /paratma -the greatest.

These are present in every individual as well as in the collective conscious. This is called one mind. Combination of all individual consciousness gives rise to collective consciousness. This is called synergic emergence. But, there need not be any relation between individual and the collective.
Examples-
1 cells and human body.
2 Computers and internet.(without computers connected there is no internet and without internet the use of computers is limited).
3 Hydrogen and oxygen combined to give water. Both hydrogen and oxygen encourage fire but, water extinguishes fire.thus, the behaviour of collective varies from the individual.
This is like naras(humans) intogether give rise to narayana but narayana is not merely nara, but a bit greater.

This one mind always takes care of the individuals.some examples are :

1. in japan, once crabs were about to get extinct at that govt. banned eating crabs but yet people ate and they were abt to be extinct. At that time, on every crab’s back the face of a Japanese got visible and instead of eating they started to pray it as god.thus the one mind of crabs protected its species from extinction.
2. In Holland, when people complained abt the destruction made by bucks and deers at nights in residential areas, govt. passed a rule that these bucks can be killed if they stay in residential areas(before a particular line/border) beyond 12 midnight. at 5 minutes to 12, these animals were beyond this line but at 12 none was beyond the line. Does the bucks know that the govt passed a rule that they can be killed if they stay beyond the border of residential areas if they stay after 12 midnight.no,but they all crossed and out of residential areas, bcoz their one mind saved them.
3. In Brazil, a priest by name Martin dePolis was there.he was so powerful that he could even stop a flood. Once, rats ate the curtains in the church.when others wanted to kill the rats, this person told he will talk to rats. He talked to the one mind of rats and an agreement was made that food will be kept for rats dialy at a distance of 100 feet from church and rats should not enter church.this is continuing since 350 yrs till date..
4. Farmers in a village in Tamilnadu, grow paddy if birds which migrate to that place build nests at a higher level, and grow groundnut if birds build nests at a lower level. these birds build nests at a height just above the rainfall level so as to save their nests from water. how do they know abt rainfall in the year? it is their one mind that is helping them.
5. when ant hills are destructed the engineer ants that stay at depths of 50-80 feet come to ground and rebuild the anthill in minutes and go back. How do they know that their ant hill is being destroyed? It is again their one mind helping them.
6. snakes in varadayyapalem never bit a single person bcoz an agreement was made wth one mind of snakes that we wont kill them and they should not bite devotees. once, when a new security person killed 2 snakes due to lack of knowledge immediately a homa was done to satisfy the snakes and an agreement was made and till date, no devotee was bitten by a snake was reported.

As per Hindu Shastra, there are 84 lakh species of organisms and each have their one mind. The collection of these one minds was Parabrahma

Consciousness is like sand . u can make idols/toys (bommalu) with sand.
As u do dhayana well, consciousness goes down into u and u can actually hear Ome physically.this also instructs the heart(hrudayam), “this is the truth”. This is called Sat. It also says this is the essence of everything meaning “Knowledge with Consciousness and Conscious with Knowledge”. This is called Chit. These both come with Ananda. Hence Satchitananda. Parabrahma (as told above para) is the greatest form for all species. The one who works with the higher consciousness is called Paramathma( not the conscious or lower conscious). Hence the name Satchitananda. Parabrahma. There are several personalities in the paramathma like Rama, Krishna, Kalika Devi, etc whom we might call kula daivam.

The advantage of Hinduism is that we have a very great freedom. we can believe in any god.this is the reason why these many parties could sustain in India. While in USA and Britian, which has Christianity only 2 parties exist. In case of Islamic countries, there is virtually no democracy absolutely. Again there is an underlying disadvantage with this that we are not strong.

The lower conscious is described in Christianity,Judaism, etc as the Satan. We can achieve anything either from the higher or the lower conscious. But, if we earn from the lower conscious what we earn is not permanent and again on the long run we lose more than what we earn.indeed if we earn that way we lose everything. But it comes very fast if we get from lower conscious the reason being that it is like a rowdy( who works really fast).
Higher conscious is a bit slower but follows certainly.bcoz it follows nyayam and dharmam and hence is slower. also, it is the different personalities of siva, kalika devi that are contacted by lower and higher consciousnesses.
Both negative and positive should coexist for the running of this world(srusthi).Oneness and seperateness are required for running srusthi.
It is said “satan is the shadow of God”. and always a game/ battle between positive and negative goes on. and the playground for them is us.this makes us get sometimes feel guilty due to negative thoughts. And sometimes we praise ourselves when we get positive thoughts.these two if considered teams in a game can be called Goldcap and Blackcap teams.
People either feel this to be the end or some people leave it as it goes.knowing this to be a game is True Knowledge(Gnanam). For example,
1. A person of age 65 yrs and who did meditation(tapassu) for a long period felt really bad when he was getting lustful thoughts, thought to commit suicide and make murder. He came to bhagavan and asked this. Bhagavan asked him where and when he got such thoughts and bhagavan knew that place and said that at that place at 5.30pm in evening a lover pair committed suicide in this way. The boy holding the neck of girl with a rope and the girl hoding the boys neck with a rope and both tightened the ropes together and commited suicide. Bhagavan asked that person to go there after a week at that time 5.30pm and verify if he is getting such thoughts at that time and solved his problem.
2. Mahatma Gandhi when he was in jail, once got a thought to murder a person bcoz the person who made the food that day was a murderer.

Thus, you shuld know “your thoughts are not your thoughts” and one who understands this is a real “Gnani”.

We play game of both teams that is we play double games or play no game for these teams.
To join the Gold Cap team, we need to have 4 personalities.they are:
1. King – is one who can dynamically take decisions
For example, Rama, Krishna, Mahatma Gandhi all took decisions very spontaneously
2. Warrior – is one who believes life to be a game and always takes any challenge continuously in life.If u cannot face life as a warrior, u make suicide.
3. Magician – is one who says nothing is impossible.these people are generally rich like
Ambanis,GMR,etc.
For example, 1. Edison failed to make a bulb 10,000 times. He said after that these 10,000 materials are not fit to make a bulb.he finally made a bulb the next time.
2.Bata sent a person to Africa to increase their sales there. One fellow said no one even wears chappals here even while running, how do u think we can sell shoes to them?Another person went there after sometime.this person said here people don’t have chappals also,so immediately send not only shoes but also socks.
4. Monk – is one who doesn’t have much attachment to anything. Rama, Krishna, Gandhi did not have much attachment towards anything.
For Example, 1. Rama left to the forest without any pain.
2. Sardar Patel received a telegram when he was in court for his case. After the court proceedings, when someone asked what telegram he has got, he merely said my wife died. See here the least attachment these people have towards anything.

To get he above 4 personalities, u must do these sadhanas.
1. Think as a beggar, non-decision maker.asuume the worst. Ask Bhagavan to burn this negative personality of yours. And then develop as king and ask Bhagavan to build this personality.
2. Think as a coward. Ask Bhagavan to burn this negative personality of yours. And then develop as warrior and ask Bhagavan to build this personality.
Similarly make the sadhana for the other 2 personalities.

Designing yourself is very important.See yourself as a perfect person. To design your personality, we have to take care of the 6 needs of the mind. they are :
1. Certainity –Eg, we need to be certain that the madras train we catch will go to madras and not to kolkata. We need to be certain we will pass in an exam we write, etc.
2. Variety – man requires variety in food, dress, hairstyle, etc.
3. Significance – everyone likes him to be known as a great person, good player, good engineer, etc.
4. Love – we look for love from everyone around us.
5. Growth and 6. Contribution to Society

We can earn the first four either in a positive or negative manner like by saying lies and get significance, love, etc. but if we work in a positive way, work hard also we can get these.
The beauty of the above relation is to get the above said 4 personalities if we concentrate on Growth and Contribution we can get all 4 personlities as well as other 4 needs. Also, a person can concentrate on only 2 needs at a time. Thus, by concentrating on these two we get into Gold Cap team.

Eg : Getting rich for making employment for others is Gold Cap, while
Getting rich for yourself is Black Cap.
When there is a requirement for some personality, pray Amma and Bhagavan and get that personality.

Now, consider the timeline as a line. On one side is the One Mind and on the other is the Individual Mind. The time line has slots/holes. Sometimes or at Muhurthams, the collective consciousness leaks into the other side. It is called the Avatara Purusha( if it belongs to the higher collective conscious) else called Satan(if it belongs to the lower collective consciousness).
Some examples are :
1. Srinivasa Ramanujam was a failure in Mathematics. But he wrote a 400 page book in mathematics which consisted of only solutions but has no proofs. It is said that it is highly impossible for a single person to write those many solutions. The actual thing that happened is an angel by name Namagiri, which is fond of Mathematics wrote that book and thus it had no proofs. Also, at some point in the book the name of Namagiri was mentioned. One of the solutions formula gave rise to the evolution of polythene today.
2. benzene structure was highly complex. It was Kekule who saw in a dream at night that a snake biting it’s tail and made its structure which is very useful today.
3. Sewing Machine was invented by Singal. In his dream, he was with tribals, who threw him in burning oil in a basin and are hitiing him with a rod that had a hole. This person made a hole initially at he top of the sewing machine but failed. Now, he made a hole at the bottom of the needle of sewing machine and succeeded.
The avatara purusha now is referred in the moolamanthra as Sri Bhagavathi Sametha Sri Bhagavathe Namaha. Hence the moolamanthra.

Earth got a virus called man. This virus either kills the earth or kills itself. Bhagavan is making neither of this happen. This destruction by amn can be stopped in 2012 for the below reasons :
1. by 2012, earth completes 1300 crores of age out of its 2600 crores age.
2. for every 1,44,000 yrs core of earth stops rotating, stops for a while and rotates in opposite direction.when the core stops, earth’s magnetic field goes away. If we give Deeksha at this time, it si enormously powerful and can change a person. This happens in 2012.
Also, deeksha is more powerful when there is less earth’s magnetic field and vice-versa.
3. by 2012, the 500yrs of kalyug gets completed.
4. by 2012, another cycle of 26,000 yrs gets completed.
All these 4 cycles happen in 2012.

So, people in Gold Cap by 2012 are useful for Deeksha like a banyan tree from its hollow seed. If we fail in 2012 and black cap wins, earth gets destroyed.

If u are in the gold cap,as u touch Amma Bhagavan’s srimurthi, you get shock/ vibration/ silence either mild or strong. Enter this state dialy.

Forever at the Lotus feet of Amma Bhagavan

Second secret revealed by Sri Bhagavan

The second secret is named as BELIEF SYSTEMS:

Just like break-thru triangle, there exists Belief triangle.Break-
thru triangle and belied traingle goes hand in hand.So they are
interdependant on each other.

This belief triangle will prevent you from falling into break-down
triangle on one hand and on the other hand, it accelerates break-
thru process.

If you are in a break-down process, you need to visualize any
happiest moment in your life and stay with that feeling.Doing such,
will immediately with in few seconds enable you to enter into break-
thru traingle.

The three components of Belief Triangle are:1)Speech
2)Belief
3)Visualization

1)Speech:
Speech means the words you utter.Never speak out bad words and other
related unnecessary words. The words you utter must be constructive
and good.

2)Belief:
"Belief should coincide with the prayer".Only then miracles will
happen in your life.

3)Visualization:
"visualize while you pray".Once you visualize, it makes Bhagavan
easy to understand your need.

Prayer+Visualizatio
n+Good words+Belief = Belief System

This belief system will enable Amma and bhagavan to shower their
divine grace in our lives.

Now let us immerse ourselves into this belief system......

1)Take a book and open a fresh page
Sit infront of Sri murthi
You look into your present condition of your life.
Now look at your past.
Now write down all the -ve patterns and -ve events and failures
etc of your life on the left hand side of the page
On the right hand side of the page you visualize your life as per
your need and write it down by visualizing the ink to be a golden
fluid and the letters on the right hand side in gold colour.

2)Plan your life upto your own extent (including life span etc) and
write down your targets for every 10 years in all the matters (eg:
money, career etc..)

3)Now on a fresh page, write down all your negative thoughts,
negative emotions etc.Make a list of them and now you pray
powerfully with visualization that as you ask, Amma and bhagavan are
erasing them from your life. The more and better you visualize, the
fresh will be your life.

4)Daily be immersed in 'break through' triangle.

Break thru = success
Break down = failure, fear, ill health, -ve feelings (especially
lust),-ve emotions etc.

So never get immersed in the break down triangle,be aware of its
properties and shift yourself into break thru.

Q)How to shift from 'break-down' into 'break-thru'?
Ans:-If you are in a break-down process, you need to visualize any
happiest moment in your life and stay with that feeling.Doing such,
will immediately with in few seconds enable you to enter into break-
thru traingle.

Your facial expressions also should change as you do
this 'sadhana'.There should be a smile on your face.

First Secret:Break Thru Triangle

Namaste!

Amma Bhagavan Sharanam!!!

Here is the summary of first secret which has been revealed by Sri
Bhagavan.

First Secret:Break Thru Triangle
Just like the three arms of a triangle, break through process has got
three faces. The three components that constituent the 'Break-Thru'
Triangle are:1)Mind
2)Body
3)Feelings

1)Mind
"You become what you think" says Sri Bhagavan.Accordingly, if you
are in break down triangle, you think in negative way.The way you
look at things will be negative. So once you in break down triangle,
everything will be a breakdown.Nothing will work in your favour.

Fear,ill-health,failure,-ve emotions and -ve feelings etc are the
outcome of break down triangle.

You will experience a break through in the thought process only when
your mind has attained the connection with the Super-Consciousness
(i.e. the god)

[The human brain is structured such a way that there are thoughts in
three layers which constantly affect an indivual. On the individual's
conscious mind,sub-conscious mind and un-conscious mind will be
having the impact. If you are a male, the male collective
unconsciousness will try to over power your indivual conciousness
besides the individual unconciousness and sub-conciousness and the
same is appliacble to females.]

So you need to have an emotional bond with the god to experience the
break-thru.

Break-thru means success.

2)Body

Your body is a part of this nature. So it has got its own power and
intelligence. If your body language is not pesimistic, there is every
possibility for you to attain high success rate.

For example, if you say that you are very strong physically, then
your body posture must be straight and erect. You should not bend
like a weak person or shiver like a weak person.

So if you want to become a ruler, then you walk like a Lion.

3)Feelings

Once you are connected with your creator and able to think
positively; and your body posture/language is pretty good, naturally
you feel positive. This positive attitude will build a success script
in the morphogenetic field and send signals accordingly (because
human brain behaves like a transmitter and reciever) and so
naturally success will meet you.

Relationships – the Web of Life

The following was published in the Sri Kalki Krupa Darshan, October 2004

Relationships – the Web of Life

Relationships are like a tangled ball of wool. The more you try to disentangle them, the more entangled they become. Ramesh was at his wits ends. Life had become a tight rope act. His busy schedule barely gave him breathing time, and even the few minutes he had were spent in futile mental activity. “How do I keep all these people happy? No matter what I do my wife always has a long list of complaints. My children constantly bicker that I don’t understand them, I don’t give them freedom. My mother is so hostile, anybody would think I am hatching a secret conspiracy to throw her out”.

Too many people lead unhappy lives just like Renuka’s, due to their inability to deal with others. While they understand the importance of having successful relationships, they aren’t able to do so. It is a source of tremendous frustration to a person and drains away all his energy, when in spite of his best efforts the relationship remains unresolved.

One of the core teachings of Sri Bhagavan is to set right relationships. Sri Bhagavan says, “Life is Relationships”. Your very existence is relative to the existence of the other. Your very identity comes from you relationships. You are the son or daughter of somebody, the wife of somebody, the brother of somebody or the employee or the employer of somebody. Take away all this and there remains no identity, no person.

Also the amount of happiness experienced is directly proportional to the state of your relationships. The better your relationships, the happier you are. A happy person is one who spreads happiness. An unhappy person only creates mischief and more often than not makes trouble for the family and society at large.

The teaching of Sri Bhagavan offer the seeker many insights into life to set right relationships. Let us look into a few.

Listening

“I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant”. This is an amusing statement; and it does make people laugh, but unfortunately, it is not far from the truth in describing how we humans frequently communicate with one another.

Failure to listen brings unfortunate results. Listening is very different from hearing. In hearing the sound of the words reaches the eardrum. In listening you are paying complete attention to what the other is saying, without the commentaries of the mind interfering in the process. But much of the time, you are not listening to the other; rather you are listening to what you mind is talking about the other. Hence, a simple, ‘try to come early from work’, is translated as, ‘my wife is a big nag’; a concerned, ‘don’t forget to take you sweater, it’s chilly outside’, is interpreted as ‘she still thinks I am a child, am I not grown enough to take care of myself?” An unassuming ‘don’t spend too much money’, irritates you to think, ‘why is my father trying to control me, I want my freedom’.

What Interferes with Listening?

1. A feeling of I know what he/she is saying.
Very often you feel that I know this person very well, I know how he responds to situations, and I know all the emotions and thoughts he is capable of. And because you feel you already know what the person is going to say, or is saying, you barely pay attention. In fact your replies are ready even before the person has finished what he/she has to say. Many a times, you don’t even wait for the person to finish speaking; you interrupt with you answers. Have you never heard the complaint, ‘please listen to me for once’; but then your standard defense is. ‘Hey! I know what you are going to say’. With such an attitude, what happens over a period of time is, conversation is reduced to a bare minimum, and even when things are said there is always a feeling of inadequacy and a constant feeling of alienation.

Marriages fall apart, children and parents are alienated, friendships fail and business deals do not come off simply because people do not listen to others, although they think they do.

Shridha a busy executive from the national capital always felt that she knew the needs of her teenage daughter and she was doing all that she could for her. But no matter how hard she tried every conversation ended in an argument. Desperate for a solution she enrolled for the 3-day course on enlightenment. Insights poured into her as she realized that she always presumed what her daughter needed, and she only told her things, never listened to her. ‘I am your mother, learn to listen to me’, was the only explanation offered. She realized how unheard and misunderstood her daughter felt. This insight led to deep change in attitude. Today Shridha and her daughter enjoy a complete relationship.

2. Turning the speakers off and dwelling on the plethora of internal distractions we all have.

‘Why have you put on such a blank expressions, do you understand what I am saying? Oh! You are always lost in you thoughts, do listen to me’. If you frequently get to listen to such complaints you belong to this category of people. Many of you feel, what the other is speaking is of no importance; he/she has a habit of speaking, hence is speaking; you become careless about listening. You are too involved in various issues within you own mind to pay attention, and your issues are more important than any other conversation. Of course excessive stress and strain, frustration or worry too leads to exhibition of such behaviour. At that point paying attention is an energy consuming experience, and you would rather sort out your own thoughts, or continue with your own activity.

It took a rude shock for Kirit to realize his errors. The signs had been there for long. His children barely spoke to him and preferred the company of their mother. Telephone conversations with his parents were few and rare and all dialogues with his wife were restricted to monosyllables. Out of the blue his wife, who was vacationing with her parents, sent him a divorce notice. He ran helter-skelter to Amma and Bhagavan for help. In the course of a Samskara Suddi, Bhagavan put him through the shoes of all his near and dear ones. Being a reputed scientist, he barely spoke to anybody and was continually lost in his own thoughts. He considered any conversation other that ones that stimulated him intellectually to be beneath him. As he experienced the pain and agony of his wife and children, he changed. With the Grace of Amma and Bhagavan, his wife returned to him. Today he is an attentive husband and a loving father. His wife is indebted to Bhagavan.

3. Labeling.
The arguments had reached gigantic proportions. It was a veritable slinging match between Sarita and Amol. Accusations flew back and forth. It seemed like the end of 8-year-old relationship. Amol and Sarita had been married for less than a year after a 7 yearlong courtship. They had a beautiful relationship, but marriage had changed all that. Right from day one, their marriage was in doldrums. He was suspicious of every things she did and she found him totally obnoxious. As days passed it became intolerable for both of them to live together, divorce seemed the only way out. They were brought to the ashram by some well-wishers. During the process that they underwent, Bhagavan revealed to them the cause of their problems. The day of their marriage had been very hectic as they had to leave immediately the very next day to the USA. Sarita’s parents had brought them home after the ceremony and had asked their maid to serve Amol his food as they had been busy packing for their daughters departure. Amol had felt deeply insulted, that they were treating their NRI son-in-law this way. He had become suspicious of their motives, but then with all the chaos, things had been seemingly forgotten. But then grudge had taken deep roots. Unconsciously he started suspecting every move of Sarita. All her professions of love now seemed false and shallow. He became a nagging complaining husband. Sarita in turn, hurt by his needless criticism had labeled him as a heartless tyrant. Both remained stubborn in their views, the relationship was broken.

The nature of the mind is to label every person with every experience and then that perception prevails in every interaction. Every time the person speaks or does something it is not perceived as a unique action, but is judged from the previous perspective. If the perception is negative, then however good the act, it would seem wrong, and the negative perception would only be strengthened. In this condition, it becomes impossible to listen to anything that the person says, as you would be only listening to your mind commenting about that person; ‘he is bad, she is a nag, he doesn’t understand me, she is too suspicious, they don’t love me, and so on and on forth’. When you don’t listen, it is improbable that you would ever be able to understand that person or see him in new light. Nothing new can ever happen in that relationship. This is akin to wearing colored glasses. Everything that you see would be coloured, but you would continue to think that the fault lies with the other.

How Does One Develop Listening

Good listening has important value and can be learned and improved to yield enormous benefits. It takes effort but everyone can and should learn to do it.
• The first thing is to know a simple fact that when you are talking, you are not listening. Become aware of the constant urge to talk and then you would automatically move into the listening mode.
• Maintain eye contact with the person you are listening to. No matter how trivial you feel the matter may be, it is vital that you pay full attention to the other. The constant chattering of a child may be irritating to the parent, but in the perspective of the child it would account to how much the parent loves her.
• As you are speaking to the person, become aware of the constant chattering of your mind, the judgement, the labeling, the perceptions that you hold. See how harmful they are, see how they are destroying your relationships, and in turn destroying you. As you see the harmful nature of labeling, it would automatically lose charge. Listening would then happen to you.
• Sri Bhagavan says; don’t try to practice listening, only become aware that you are not listening. In the awareness listening would be a happening.
• Ultimately, if all this does not work, seek for GRACE. Amma and Bhagavan are here to help you move into a state of listening, where your mind would no longer interfere in any experience. All past perceptions would be rendered charge less, every experience would be new and fresh.

Such a state is bestowed to all seekers in the courses that happens every week at the Oneness University at Golden City.

Journey of Life:

Journey of Life: The Human Mind cannot live in guilt. Therefore it creates a lie and then goes on repeating the lit to itself until it believes it.

A gang of monkeys once sat in discussion, “Man is so powerful. He has subjugated all species on land, water and has even conquered the moon. We need to find the secret of his power”.

One monkey said, “Well, I think I know what the secret is. They fast on the sacred day when its full Moon and at the end ask for a boon from their favourite deity, who then grants them the boon. That’s their secret”. Everyone was thrilled at the prospect of acquiring new powers and decided to go on a fast until the next day. The chief monkey forewarned the rest of them. “Remember the rule no one should look at the fruits, lest you may be tempted to eat them. Keep you eyes fixed to the ground”. Everyone followed the orders.

After a few minutes a monkey said, “How long can we stare at the barren grounds? We should not look at the fruits, but surely we could enjoy the beauty of the vast sky, the waterfall and nature”. All of them agreed and began admiring the beauty around, trying to shun their vision from the fruits alone.

“What’s the harm in look at the fruits? After all, we are not going to eat them”, said another one. It made sense and the fruit was also included to their nature-watching list. A restless silence followed the next ten minutes as all the monkeys engaged themselves in watching the countryside panorama. “Hey, what if we don’t have enough strength to get to those fruits by tomorrow when we complete our fast? Why don’t we just sit at the beginning of a fruit branch?” The brilliant suggestion given by another fellow monkey was immediately executed. All the monkeys rushed to the nearest fruit branch and there the nature watching continued.

Hunger slowly started creeping in their empty stomachs. “What if these branches do not have ripe fruits? Then we would have to go in search of another tree, when all our energy is drained. Why don’t we select the ripe fruits and sit near those branches?” Yes, nobody had thought about it! All of them patted the little monkey for his thoughtfulness and scurried in search of ripe fruits and occupied those branches.

By now their stomach had begun to make noises. “What if the fruits are not tasty or has worms? Even then we would have to search for other ones”, shouted another young monkey. After a short contemplating pause the chief monkey said, “OK. Probably we could just taste the fruits, but remember, no one should swallow it! All of you should spit it out immediately:. All monkeys excitedly ran to the end of their branches, plucked a fruit and took a bite. Soon spat it out but some swallowed it ‘unknowingly’. With the fruits in their hands all of them looked at each other with their eyes swaying end-to-end expecting someone to say something. Then one monkey declared, “Why take a risk? Lets eat enough today so that we could fast the whole day tomorrow effortlessly”. They all agreed unanimously and pounced on the fruits.

While the fact remained that the monkeys wanted to eat the fruits, not able to confront this truth, it cooked up various theories and explanations to believe that it is not so, drowning once again in self-complacency.

Man too is involved in a similar task, don’t you think? Out of a 100 lies spoken by a man, 90 lies he speaks to himself. We have a few values in life, which, due to a variety of reason we are not able to follow. We have created an ideal ‘me’ and are constantly trying to fit our actions and thoughts into those self-created images. When truth goes against these images, not being able to accept it, we create lies and begin to believe it to be true. This is the game man is playing.

“The human mind cannot live in guilt. Therefore it creates a lie and then goes on repeating the lie to itself until it believes in it”.

All problems in human life, whether internal or external, begin here with the inability to confront the truth of oneself.

After settling a business deal, two newly acquainted businessmen decided to dine together for further discussions. While the topic drifted to their college days, one of them said, “I was a state champion in Table Tennis during my college days”. Being a tennis lover and an amateur player, the other man was excited having found another tennis lover. They decided to meet at the sports club for a game.

They met the following week. As the game advanced, the state champion, fumbled over a few easy shots. “Oh my! How did I miss it!”, he said surprised, obviously discomfited at his poor show after claiming himself to be a state player. As the game progressed, seeing some classic shots from the novice he said, “I guess I’ve lost touch. It is nearly seven years since I played last”. The game continued. Unable to return a smash he said, “If you are not in touch then you lose the hang of the game, you know. I should have played a top-spin in return for that one”, he said with an embarrassed smile. After losing the first game, his eyes popped out, “It’s Strange! Probably I’ve aged and my reflexes have slowed down!”

While the fact remains that he had failed miserably, the mind builds theories and explanations as to why the champion in him gave a poor show that day. Not able to accept the truth at the face of it, the mind covers it up to appease itself.

The mind has a secret hidden agenda behind every one of its thoughts. A simple guileless act of praising somebody, lending a helping hand to someone in need or fetching a glass of water could have far-fetched reasons behind it. Though this is not visible superficially, for anyone who is in touch with himself this truth would be as clear as a crystal. It all sums back to being integral in the inner world.

The first step to being spiritual is to face this truth about oneself.

“All the Deeds good or bad of a thousand life times is burned away in the knowledge of self-realisation”

Self-realisation is not seeing oneself as someone belonging to a religion/creed or tribe, the immortal or as God. It is seeing oneself as he/she is right now. Seeing the mind with all its ugliness. This is the truth of an enlightened person. It does not matter who we are or what we are. What matters is – Do we know our inner truth and are we ready to confront it? Or are we lying to ourselves, covering it up by explaining it away?

With a thought of jealously, accompany thoughts of justification of the jealously. “Jealously is but natural for a person like me who has not enjoyed anything in life”, or “of course I am not jealous of her, someone had to put an end to her pride and it happened to be me”. While these thoughts justify our jealousy as being ‘natural’ or they deny the jealousy itself, the simple fact remains that we indeed felt jealous, no matter how genuine our reasoning might be.

Imagine a Mr. Nobody walking into the White House and faking President Bush. Wouldn’t he constantly live in fear and conflict of being exposed? This is the fear that man is living in today. Not able to face the truth about himself, he fakes an ‘ideal’ and lives in fear of being exposed. Ever wondered about the unknown fear lurking in your heart? This is it.

Liberation is possible only when we confront our ‘other’ side; for when we know what we are, there is freedom within.

“When you confront your ugliness and accept yourself, the conflict within you ceases. When conflict ends there is energy. Where there is energy there is happiness. And a happy man is always successful”.
